These eye doctors in the Granger, Edwardsburg and Three Rivers areas have established a client-centered practice where relationships and satisfaction are top priority.

History

Established in 2012.

Southwest Vision Center Inc. started in 2012 with a single Optometry practice in Edwardsburg, MI. In October of 2014 Dr. Jennifer Lambart and her husband Deven Lambart purchased the August Optical Vision practice. Dr. Lambart chose Three Rivers because of its proximity to home and its need for great quality eye care. August Optical of Three Rivers added to Dr. Lambart's desire to provide great quality eye care across Cass County and St. Joseph County.

Meet the Business Owner: Dr. Jennifer L.

Dr. Lambart strives to provide top quality care while explaining all diagnosis's to the patients. This allows the patients to have a full understanding of their impending eye care needs. Dr. Lambart Graduated Optometry School in 2008 with honors and became adjunct faculty with the Michigan College of Optometry.

Yesterday I went in for an adjustment on new glasses I did not buy there this year, and was told that regardless of me being a regular patient/customer, they would Not adjust my glasses unless I paid a 35.00 fee. I wear progressive lenses and reading area is usually just a matter of adjusting how high or low the frames are sitting. I've had this adjustment done dozens of times with eyeglasses or lenses I have bought from them! The young lady, I think Melissa is her name (?), was pretty forceful telling me, No. She wouldn't do it because it was a lens issue and I didn't buy my lenses from them. So, I paid the 35.00 fee and "begged" her to try adjusting the fit. She said okay and if no improvement she would just refund my 35.00. Well, guess what? She fixed the issue but I told her they were the same. She said, "Fine. I'll give you a refund." End of discussion!! Ok. Bye. I will NEVER be back.

I've been to other therapy businesses, where patients were nothing more than an assembly line of people doing exercises. The therapists would have 2-3 people at once. So they would give two exercises while they did something with the other and rotate around. So you weren't given full attention to make sure the exercises were being done correctly or if they were a benefit to the patient. This doesn't happen at PT One, as you look around during your exercises, you have a therapist watching your muscle movements, making sure it's doing what it should and not causing pain - and you can see the other therapists treating their patients in the same manner. I highly recommend Physical Therapy One if you need PT to overcome an injury.
