Not only do they have better prices on ALL my prescriptions, their customer service is superior! Tom made several phone calls to Meijer to get my prescription turned over and then let me know when it was ready... All within a couple of hours. I also had to call him a couple more times with various questions, and he was patient and friendly on the phone every time! I am looking forward to continued excellent hometown customer service. Oh, and they also have a great variety of specialty medical items that I haven't seen at other pharmacies. I wish I had known about them when I broke my leg!!

But the automated phone call tells me my prescription is ready. The pharmacist and the assistant have no idea what is going on. I have excellent insurance and they told me Walgreens never submitted yet. As I still waited. I called my old Walgreens in Chicago and they get it for me every month on time and it's worth paying for FedEx to deliver. My family and I no longer shop here.. NEVER Received a call from them, business as usual I guess....

Line always backed up. Lost orders. The new guy (I assume) was floundering on his own while the others hustled around. You couldn't trust a thing he did -- whether insurance would pay, etc., and nobody to teach him.
