If I'm at a cashier, they'll make a big deal out of it, claim that "they can't change the price", then call over someone and send them to "check the price" on the shelf. That person will then come back 5-10 minutes later, insisting that I was looking at a different price for something else. There's a ton of false advertising going on here. The last time I was there, they refused to honor a coupon I had for coffee. The coupon came inside the Keurig coffee machine that I just bought at Walmart! They suggested I take it to the service desk. I did. They still refused to honor the coupon "because the computer won't take it". Are the computers running the store? Or, is the store running the computers? In any case, it's a really crappy way of treating your customers!

Twice now put in two orders, both were canceled without a reason. Ordered an arm sleeve, that should have arrived two days ago. Still not here and the real shocker is that no one knows where it is. I do not have a car nor a license. I depend on the delivery service. Customer service is getting crappie all the time. I know mistakes can be made, we are all human. Seeking some new coloured bandanas was my cause on this particular day and I was met with success. Not only did I find the brown colour I have been scouring the earth for but I left with 4 others! (as if I honestly needed a 5th shade of green...gotta have options right?) And you cant beat $1.99! Will admit they are a bit stiff but a couple cycles in the washing machine and I'm ready to play. Overall the store is super clean and well organized. Huge variety of products to complete any manly endeavor. Staff was helpful and polite, nothing epic.
