Ridiculously bad service and no care for their customer. Took a week to do a job that was promised in 2 days. Made promises for delivery and failed to come through 3 times in the week. I had an appointment, but they still did not even look at the car for 4 days after they got it. When I called in they said that my "Service Advisor" was out that day so nothing was happening with my vehicle. REALLY?!?!? When the service advisor is not there mechanics forget how to work on cars? Then there is the ridiculous pricing. $800 to change an AC hose. RUN AWAY!!! read more

They never offered an apology or explanation and when I went by to do the refund it was very "cold". I was really pleased with this location in Newberg. I was able to get a quote for a water pump repair. It was reasonably priced, and the manager Mark was great to work with. I was able to schedule an appointment, and was told it would be 3 hours to be completed. I was given a call about 90 mins later saying that my repair was finished. I will take my vehicle here again for repairs. Very impressed with the crew here. Professional, friendly, and willing to help in what way they can. Highly recommend this place to anyone. read more

Got the local coupon in the mail and decided to take my f350 in for an oil change and a A/C service. Mark and his team immediately made our family welcome. There was some complications with the A/C system that were continuously coming up but again Mark and his team handled them and made it very affordable. My car was new 2nd oil change and tires rotated. My oil plug as stripped. ( FOUND OUT WHEN I WENT FOR 3RD OIL CHANGE) tires were rotated but they didn't check air. They said that they had no way to check that day. Two days later my car had message of low tire pressure. ook almost new car here with no problems for simple oil change and left with engine light and disconnected sensors. Took to dealer to get fixed and when asked Meineke manager to simply make right and reimburse me for their mistake, their manager denied the claim, was unprofessional and asked me to "prove it". This place has a history of bad service throughout the community and shouldn't have trusted it in the first place. Wrote multiple reviews, contacted Meineke and BBB so that hopefully no one else walks out with more problems and money out of their pocket. read more

An absolute nightmare I had appointment at 10 they didn't take me in for an hour and a half because they decided to do an oil change and alternator change before me so they can make that money and then I was there to get retires replaced in an oil change and 5 hours later I got out of that nightmarish place that place is pure hell I would never go there ever again. I've been to this location twice for separate car issues and each time they have been so nice and helpful. It can be stressful as a woman who doesn't know anything about cars to take mine in for an issue because I am always worried about getting taken advantage of and paying way more money or having more repairs than is actually necessary. The guys at Meineke changed my headlight (I drive a Mazda that you basically have to rip apart) for free, and when my wheels were making a horrible grinding noise, they explained exactly what was going on and I was able to get new break pads and rotor resurfacing on both back tires for around $230 and it only took them about an hour. Plus I was able to make an appointment online and was the 1st one in and out that day. I will always be taking my car here from now on. read more

Do not go here, Ive gone there for many things over the years when there was a different manager with no issues, this last time I went, Mark was there as a manager I wasn't familiar with so I didn't think there would be a problem since all the past work has been great. Had to drop my car off for the weekend cuz they had to wait on a part to replace my exhaust. I have another car so I said ok. I get it back and everything's fixed. I noticed someone's greasy hands was all over my fender, just thought wow they suck. Later I just so happened to walk by my car and notice a dent, so now I'm pissed cuz that isn't a coincidence and obviously they are unprofessional hacks. Had to wait till the next day, I go there, tell them what's going on, Mark says no way to know if it was them, and I'm like I dropped my car off to u, I get it back and it's there. He says maybe somebody leaned on the car in parking lot, so I say yeah, my car was in yours hands, he says not responsible for what happens in parking lot. I say this is ridiculous, I just spend $650 and u won't have someone remove a dent for no more than 100? So I say let's split the cost and he says he'll give me 50 Store credit. I go to leave and I find my broken hood release in my door handle that I didn't notice till then. Go back inside saying wtf is this, weren't going to tell me about this?!? and he says oh yeah, forgot to tell u about that, looks like someone super glued that and that's why it broke, but I'll replace it for u. I go to leave thinking I'm just gonna grab the part and not let him touch my car. Then I thought a minute and went through my amazon order history and yep, I remembered 4 years ago when I bought the car I replaced the hood release cuz it was already broken. And I NEVER broke it since I replaced it so this POS tried to super glue it and saw that it wouldn't work and tried to lie to my face that it broke cuz it was super glued together but he was gonna be a nice guy and replace since it did break. but only after I pointed it out to him did he order the parts! Don't go there, Mark is a liar and unprofessional hack at his job that will treat your car like garbage. read more

As fate would have it, my truck lost a wheel bearing in front of Meineke in Newberg. I could not be more satisfied. Fiaz and Mike really took great care of the truck. Newberg Meineke is terrible! The heat in my car wasn't working, they fixed sensors, & then my car wouldn't run! After having it TOWED back to Meineke twice in the same week, they got my car running again after I spent $900.00,but the heat still didn't work!! My car ran strong 100% before I took it to them. Finally I took my car to another mechanic & got the heat working again. It was a simple fix, The fan motor. Meineke ripped me off royally! BEWARE do not take your car here! read more

I was a huge fan of Meineke with the previous owner, but the quality of service significantly deteriorated with the new owner. I was extremely displeased with his manners and his attempts to force higher priced items upon me. He just assumed that because I am a young lady, I would just trust what he had to say.
