This request was AFTER my other plumber of several yrs did not come out to do the work on Friday or Sat. The Owner of Fair Price Plumbing TX named Dennis was the 1st business to reply to my request. He quoted a fair price (lower than my other plumber) AND was available the same day. What a Blessing!!!! I booked Dennis and he arrived 10 mins early, dressed professionally in uniform, very cordial and he even put shoe covers on over his work boots to protect my floors. He went straight to work and was done in no time flat. He took a picture of the old wax ring to show me where the awful smell was "probably" coming from. My toilet did not sit flush to the floor so Dennis added skims to shore it up so it was stable and secure. Who knew!?! WOW. Old house with cast iron pipes…read more Other plumbers couldn't even snake it and recommended to knock out the wall and run new pipe in a new trench to the city sewer pipe, $13K - $20K. What? Mike went up on the roof with his snake and cleared the line, no problem. Dishwasher didn't drain and he quickly fixed it. Last plumber replaced disposal and hooked dishwasher line to disposal without removing the knockout plug. Great Job, quick, and easy on the wallet. We just found our new plumber.

I never gave permission for the "work" that was done. Oh and by the way, the unit is not fixed and has the same error. I called the office and never got a call back. Stay away!
