Super honest, humble and down-to-earth guy, Sang and his team came to save the day! Sang did a great job of explaining the underlying issues, took his time, and discovered that the builders or sub-contractors who originally built my parents house back in 2004 installed the piping incorrectly, so the hot and cold waters running through the pipes were all wrong...this by the way would not have been discovered had it not been for Sang doing such a thorough job in checking everything to find the root cause! I'll spare you the boring details, but you can count on Sang and his team to be detail-oriented and professional! I would highly recommend Sang for any future plumbing needs. He is…read morealso incorrect on what was wrong with sink, which comes as no surprise to me after experiencing the quality of their work. 1. They were consistently late, even with a big windows of time 2. Installation of my sink was faulty 3. Even though it was their faulty installation that caused the issue, they wanted to charge me additional money to finish the job. Now ultimately, I reached out to another repair person I had trusted in the past, but wasn't aware they did plumbing. They came out and took a look and realized these guys installed piping that was the wrong size. He went out, got the piping, installed it and charged me a whopping $35. Now, that's still $35 more than I should have paid if these guys did their jobs correctly., but a lot less than the minimum $150 they would've charged me to do the wrong repair (a reminder, they wanted to do the wrong repair here, they were totally off base on the issue). Another thing I didn't mention in the first part of my review is that during the initial installation, they claimed they need to add additional support in order to secure the sink. Seemed reasonable at the time (I'm not a plumbing expert) and maybe I did actually need it. However, the prior sink stood securely for several years without issue. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't be surprised if it was wholly unnecessary. The repair also required me to go find my own dry wall guy and such to fix up these supposed necessary fixes, which was, more money. It seems like they may be one of those types of companies that gives you a low quote at first and then finds ways to nickle and dime you (and by nickle and dime, I mean 100-200 additional dollars for each thing they think up). Now they have a good rating here on yelp, but if you check google reviews, you'll see they have a pretty low rating compared to other plumbers in the area. Normally, I would've done this, but as a busy parent, I just can't do the due diligence I once did. I cannot recommend this company. I would recommend the Heights Handyman if you live in the Heights or nearby areas. They are reliable, cost effective, full service, and trustworthy.

I really wanted to give these guys the benefit of my doubt, but I can't. We had them out in August…read moreof 2022 to install a second shower head in each of our showers to go along with the rain shower head. I also made it clear (or so I thought) that I wanted for each head to work independently of each other and one setting for both to run at the same time. Once the work was completed, I discovered that there was no setting for both two run at once. So you had either the wall head or the rain head only, not both. Sure, they can do that, but it will cost double as they need new values and plumbing. Within one week, one of the showers was malfunctioning. Basically, the rain shower in bath #1 stayed on no matter what setting it was on, and shortly after shower #2, the wall head always runs. I contacted them many times, and finally, one night, a plumber came out and said the cartridge is bad in both. He would return the next week and replace them under the warranty. He never showed. At first, I would call and leave a voice mail with them and text them, and sent several emails. And now I must be blocked when I call it goes to immediately to a not working voice mail prompt and hangs up. My new plumber came out, and I was informed that whoever installed the valve didn't know what he was doing. The valve used was incorrect and plumbed incorrectly in an attempt to make it work. I'm guessing that the guy who came out and told me it was the cartridge saw the work and knew it would have to be completely redone and decided to just run away from the problem. I posted this review over a year ago but took it down until I I could have another plumber review the work.
