Your basic bmore hole in the wall establishment. It's actually larger than it looks from the outside. The music was good and extra loud I enjoy that and the drinks. The best part is the lightskinned bartender in the back. She knows how to make a drink. I didn't try any of the food...lol...the floor was sticky. That's it

I am not a regular club goer, but love coming here. They owner always go out the way to make sure every patron is having a good time. You can celebrate your birthday here. The bar is fully stocked with high end brands. This place also has the best bartenders. Thursday nights is karaoke night. They also have tvs for entertainment, and kitchen that serves some good hot platters or sides. There is street parking, free after 6. Happy hour is ftom 5-7.

    Great bartenders and food

Attending on a Saturday is great evening. They have the best bartenders. Food and drinks prices are great considering they are VERY heavy handed on the alcohol. Lounge is split into two rooms with restrooms in the middle. ATM is on-site if needed.

Where everybody knows your nameeee... And they're always glad you cameee... Lots of laughs but yes it's like a High School reunion everyday - Drinks are well made - so if you're not a drinker take it slowwwwww - a Melba's drink is not for the traditional beginner. The music is great Hip Hop/some RnB - I love the Lounge area in front but if you want to dance and Party hard - come thru the doors and head straight towards the back area Club - Go with friends or stop in solo you're bound to spark up a conversation with someone- most people who come are over 30 - it is a 25 an older establishment- I have a blast - It's very safe - Mingle Monday's is the hottest night - I prefer Friday's kinda in the middle - unless it's a Holiday weekend... Great customer service - Security is always on Deck - Parking plentiful and above ALL for ME REAL GLASS - I'm spoiled - that "Red Cup Life" doesn't work for me...

Look at Keith and Lisa ready to jam at Melba's.

Wanna get your life? Come to Melba's and do just THAT. They play your favorite music... old school, little hip hop. Me and Keith have so much fun getting our favorite brew and dancing!!!

Great local neighborhood spot where I feel safe, the music is on point, and the drinks are never watered down or served in plastic cups.

I'm not actually sure but the cocktails are good. I think the vibes when I went was off. Granted I did go on a weekday where it was pretty empty. I did really appreciate that they were chips of ice in the cocktail, cause it was a really hot day, so I made sure that the drink stayed really cold and delicious. Water is self service. They shift their menu a lot which I think is really nice for the community. The cocktails are on the pricier side they think they start around 14 or 16 which I think is a little too much for a local neighborhood bar.

The vibes are right and the bartenders were nice and chatty, the only reason this place isnt "my" place and doesn't get 5 stars is because they dont make a very good dirty martini and thats like base level. I asked for it extra dirty and I could barely taste the olive brine, I actually had to have him pour more in front of me lol. Also service was a little slow. So for grabbing a quick drink with the girls sure, but staying as a regular nah.

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at the hotel cocktail bar…read more My friends and I visited the bar with the understanding that it was busy, and we were more than willing to be patient while the staff caught up with service. However, the bartender, Vicki, refused to accommodate us at all, despite our willingness to wait our turn. Rather than acknowledging us or offering an estimated wait time, we were simply turned away. What made the experience particularly disappointing was not the wait itself, but the lack of professionalism and hospitality. We were treated as though our business was not welcome, which is not the level of customer service I would expect from a hotel of this standard. As paying guests, we expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. If the bar was temporarily unable to serve additional customers, a polite explanation or request to wait would have been completely understandable. Instead, the bartender's, Vicki, refusal to accommodate us left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. While I thoroughly enjoyed my hotel stay, this definitely put an off putting taste in my mouth toward customer service standards. I hope this matter will be reviewed so that future guests receive a more professional and courteous experience. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback.
