I drove all the way from Sanford (near Orlando) because I felt I'd get better service- I was right and I'm glad I made the drive.

The Cadillac XT6 was exactly what we were hoping to find, and the whole process--from exploring options to driving off the lot--was relaxed and stress-free. After that, you pay a monthly fee. Well. I let the BlueLink expire. One year later, I paid Bluelink their initial fee for activation and their first monthly payment. It was then that I found out I could not activate the BlueLink in the car. I called BlueLink and they stated I need to upgrade the firmware in the car. So, I attempted to update it but I was unable to get the update installed. So I took it to Hyundai and the dealer could not get it installed either. BlueLink was no help. So now, after a bunch of resets on the chip, now my BlueLink and the Android Auto dont work. What a pain in the ass. I decided to move on waiting for the dealer to contact me. I dont understand why the dealer cant get it updated. Im going to change to a KIA since they provide the same warranty which is why I bought so many cars from Hyundai..

I showed up on a Friday around noon. Business: The dealership and showroom were clean with a nice little snack area with TVs if you have to wait for service. Service: Eric Swist was my salesman, and even though he was new, he did a good job of helping me go over all the details of the car. If he didn't know the answer, he admitted it and went to ask the answers. He pushed just enough but not overly pushy to get me in the car I wanted. Also loved the finance guy (forgot his name ... ugh, I'm sorry), but he was great as explaining all the details of my financing with me and discussing all the extras available for purchase. Overall: I was treated with respect and professionalism... and I enjoyed the whole process of the purchase. They turned this Honda lover into a Hyundai lover. ‍

My A/C compressor failed on a vehicle that's less than a year old, and despite driving a $90,000 luxury vehicle, I was initially told I would have to wait 3-4 weeks for a loaner vehicle while dealing with A/C blowing hot air. After pushing the issue, I was finally given a loaner -- only for the tire warning light to come on as soon as I got home. The very next day, that same loaner left me stranded over an hour away from the dealership due to a bad tire. Instead of receiving support or concern, I was told to have it towed back and was immediately informed I'd be responsible for paying for a replacement tire before the vehicle had even been inspected. To make matters worse, I asked my service advisor to call me directly, but instead received dismissive back-and-forth text messages insisting I would be paying. When stranded an hour away, I was also refused assistance with transportation back to the dealership. The communication issues continued even after I resolved the tire situation myself. Before replacing the tire, I specifically asked if I could take the car somewhere else for the tire and was told yes. I will attach screenshots of the text messages confirming this. However, after returning the loaner and picking up my vehicle, Samantha texted me only after I had already left the dealership stating that the replacement tire did not match the other three and that I would need to purchase a tire from Mercedes to put on the loaner vehicle. At no point prior to this was I ever told the replacement tire needed to match the others. The lack of communication throughout this entire experience has been mind-boggling. Time and time again, expectations were either not communicated clearly or changed after the fact. Throughout this process, I felt dismissed, unsupported, and treated like an inconvenience rather than a loyal Mercedes customer. This has been far from the luxury ownership experience Mercedes-Benz advertises and honestly felt more focused on money than customer care. I strongly encourage others to consider servicing their vehicles elsewhere.

Earlier this morning, I spoke with the internet manager and offered to place a refundable deposit to secure the vehicle long enough for me to complete my due diligence, especially since I live more than three hours away. I was assured that would not be necessary. Shortly after, a sales representative contacted me. He was diligent, professional, and responsive. He provided everything I requested and asked for details regarding my trade-in, which I promptly supplied. He later followed up with an offer. I explained that we were not far apart on numbers, but I was attending a family event and would call him back shortly. Not long after, he called again to inform me that a walk-in customer wanted to test drive the vehicle. At that point, I felt pressured to finalize negotiations, so I requested an additional $500 on my trade-in and a $491 reduction in the purchase price. He asked if I would secure the vehicle with a $5,000 deposit if management approved those terms, and I agreed. He later called back to say management had decided my offer was now secondary because of the in-store customer. Ultimately, the walk-in customer purchased the vehicle. The most disappointing part of this experience was not losing the vehicle, but the lack of professionalism and transparency from management. Customers who are willing to work hard, travel long distances, and spend significant money on a luxury vehicle deserve to be treated with the same respect and professionalism as anyone standing in the showroom.

My criteria were simple: find a "Good, Honest, No-Pressure Salesman"--basically the Bigfoot of the automotive industry and find a car that not only I could afford but also met my needs. I wasn't going to settle. ​When I started browsing the website, the automated sirens began to wail. My phone was buzzing like a disturbed beehive with calls and texts. But I stood my ground. I made it clear: This is happening on MY terms. That's when I found Mr. Al Sikora. While other salesmen are looming like hungry vultures, Al was operating on a higher plane of human decency. He guided me through the entire process without a single ounce of that "constant hounding" that usually makes car buying feel like being chased by a relentless, suit-wearing grizzly bear. He respected the boundaries, he respected the timeline, and he respected the mission. I found a car on the website that was too good a deal to pass up while driving back from Virginia for Thanksgiving. Al met me the next morning to seal the deal. ​When it came time to cross the finish line and ink the deal however, Bryan Watkins stepped in to bring the heat and close the transaction. The transition was smoother than the suspension on my new ride. Shut down completely in the middle of the Highway. This was a scared moment of my life. I called the tow truck company; Premier Towing and Transport, they with came less than 20 mins. I still can't believe they came that fast. I called Assured Auto and explained to JD what happened to my truck. I was heading home back to Tallahasee from vacation. JD told me to get the truck tow there. We got there at 2:35pm. They completed a full diagnostics. They noticed some bolts was loosen on my Alternator. They tighten it. They also noticed something no connection to the car giving out of power. JD suggested for me to go back to the Auto shop who completed the work because of warranty JD took picture of it and printed it out to give to the Shop. Truck was Tested drive it no more power issues. I was back on the road by 4:30pm. I'm so grateful for them to get me in and out so quickly. They also have Complementary varieties of soft drinks for their customers and when you leave, they write a personal note with a blow pop sucker. This was so sweet. With what's going on in the world, it's the small things like this can bring a big impact on someone's life. Again, super grateful. Best customer services I've received in years at an Auto Shop. I wish there were closer in case I need them again.
