VERY bizarre. I went into the place because I believe I have a mild ear infection. When I walked in the lobby was dark and gloomy, like maybe the light bill hasn't been paid. When I walked up to the desk I asked if they take health first insurance. I was told "I think so." After getting copies of my drivers license no one ever asked for my insurance card. Strange... So I offered a copy of my insurance card and it was grudgingly taken. Then the office manager came out and said no, no, no, we don't take health first insurance because they refuse to pay us. They are an HMO and won't pay. You have to pay cash. It is $50. So I paid $50 on my American Express, which would be the same price as the walk in clinic at health first. But the line there was over 2 hours. At this point I was handed a copy of a non-disparagement form. I've never seen one of these nor would I ever sign it. It basically holds me liable for any negative comment I would ever make about the practice even if it were a justified comment. That's ridiculous. It's like a gag order for doing nothing wrong. Immediately my antenna went up. I asked the lady at the desk if they had a lot of people saying bad things about them and she replied I've never seen one. I told her that wasn't my question. And she said I don't know. But the doctor will not see you unless you sign it. At which point I had her refund my credit card and left. I will never go back again. If zero stars were an option, this place would deserve them. Someone I know had a long, frustrating visit here -- a five-hour wait for what sounded like disorganized, bare-minimum care. That alone would've been enough to leave a poor review. But what's happened since is what's truly alarming. Despite never being a patient myself, I was indirectly contacted through my workplace regarding personal details that could only have come from private records. It's disturbing to think a medical office would reach beyond its walls like that -- whether out of spite or carelessness, it's completely unacceptable. No patient (or anyone connected to one) should ever have to worry that their private information might be weaponized over a review. I don't trust this clinic with a name, let alone health information. read more

Rude doctor. The staff does not let you know that they do NOT accept HealthFirst insurance until AFTER you've paid for an exam. Woman behind the desk was having an argument on the phone with someone in another language. All-in-all very unprofessional. There are so many other very good urgent care facilities. Do not go to this one. read more

In addition to needing a new primary, I also had a simple one page form for my long-term disability company to fill out. It was just list my diagnosis and or prognosis. However, Dr. Mohsen Kheradpezhouh refused to even see me! I've never heard of this in my life. My friend is a retired Doctor and he thinks that it's absurd but also unethical to hear about a physician to behave in such a manner. He states that this one of the reasons why he retired because of insurance companies and other physicians like this! So in other words, if you are currently disabled or elderly, do not go to this practice, you'll not receive any medical care, so why would you want a doctor in the first place. I apologize for such a long review, but people need to know about the state of medical care in this country and what it has become.

SERIOUS CONCERNS REGARDING "PATIENT PRIVACY" AND "BILLING" AT A PSYCHIATRIC FACILITY…read more My experience with this facility raised 2 extremely serious concerns that I believe perspective patients and their families should know about: 1) I became aware of unauthorized recording equipment being used in patient rooms during interactions involving clinical staff including a therapist and a psychiatric nurse practitioner. UNAUTHORIZED RECORDING IS ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL. I felt re-traumatized disillusioned and betrayed. 2) after I had terminated services with a particular therapist approximately 3 months earlier- and had also communicated my termination to the billing manager- I was later charged an additional $75 NO SHOW FEE. I notified my Bank immediately and they deemed it "Fraud." I dispute this charge and find it completely unacceptable to Bill a patient for a No-Show after Services had already been terminated and the facility had been notified. These are not minor customer- service issues. Patient Privacy( HIPAA law) and accurate transparent billing should be fundamental standards in Mental Health care.

From the first time I entered the office I knew in my heart this was the place for me. After loosing over 100 pounds the hard way through diet and exercise, I had a goal to have my excess stomach skin removed and Gynecomastia removed from my chest. Dr. Diaz made me feel very comfortable and answered every question I had (including the ones I found silly). Dr. Diaz was continuously educating and teaching me about how the procedures work, techniques, and how these would impact my recovery and results. The on-site surgery center is incredible and was must for me. Absolutely everything was included with the procedures I had. All my pre and post appointments, medical supplies for personal care, scar treatment, and even recovery vitamins. I am 32 male and had a tummy tuck, lipo, and gynecomastia surgery all at one time. Over 8 hrs in surgery and my 10 year goal was achieved! Over 9 pounds of skin removed just from my stomach, my abdominals were reconnected and attached to my core, and gynecomastia gone! A nurse escorted my wife and I to the house, helped me inside, and into the the couch. She walked my wife through the medication, circulation machine, and personal care instructions. Later that night Dr. Diaz called to check up on me just to see how I was doing, and even provided his cell phone number. After my surgery Dr. Diaz and his staff worked around my schedule for my fallow up visits and even opened up on Sundays and Holidays to accommodate me. I was traveling through and staying in the hotel on the Beach, the hotel manager gave me the information to this clinic and scheduled me to see a doctor. I had gotten a bad case of stomach Flu, or travelers bug.....! The staff was pretty friendly, took my out of state insurance, and I saw the doctor. They were pretty nice, I was very impressed with such a clean nice office with Marble floors. The Best part they sent me some where to get free antibiotics which would have cost me a pretty penny other wise! Excellent Clinic, Best prices and I love my doctors! They are affordable, offer my whole family medical care, and I have been going there for years! I send all my friends and family there, look for yourself. They offer the best prices in brevard county, and you are ONLY seen by Medical Doctors and Never a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant in a lab coat, pretending they are docs! Lost my Job, so lost my insurance. Was worried about my medication refills that I need so desperately. I was lucky, I was sent to this clinic where a medical doc saw me, and gave me refills on my meds. I saw a doc for $70 dollars, in and out in 20 minutes. They were real nice and the office is real clean and looks more like a medical spa. I am certainly going back there again and I am so thankful to them to exist other wise I would be in loads of trouble. I highly recommend this office. read more

While on vacation, I felt sick so I called around and found this clinic which was reasonably priced and had a doctor who would take new patient! Went in saw a really kind doc, did some blood work and got some medicine. I was impressed with the clinic's decor and construction which looked like a medical spa.
