Quite shocking prices and I would call that price grubbing. After seeing 3 of the most wonderful dentists, this is a huge disappointment. Now I'm sadly looking for a new office.

The new owners and dentists immediately required all new X-rays and drastic dental procedures versus providing treatment options. New dentists and team are very cold and I no longer feel comfortable in their practice. From what I hear they are losing previous long term patients. I would not recommend them going forward.

My last experience at a dentist was awful and dental offices already scare me but a lot of the anxiety went away after my first call for an appointment. Everyone: from the receptionist to the dentist is kind and patient. Unfortunately, years back I was SA and ever since then, things being in my mouth give me anxiety followed by panic so trips to the dentist are difficult. I'm writing this review in hopes that the right person, who maybe has the same concern i did will find this and it might help reassure them. I explained this to the receptionist and they made note of it for me - X-rays which require equipment to be in your mouth for periods of time are the worst for me. If it's in my mouth for more than a few seconds, I gag and sometimes throw up. The dental assistant went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me through this, she would literally place the piece in my mouth, run to take the photo and run back to get it out as fast as she could (I wish I knew her name). Every time I'm in the chair, they're reassuring and check in with me. Dr. Kimet is an angel, she's thorough, professional, patient and most importantly, friendly! She takes time explaining things and never makes me feel bad about my 100 questions. I've also never had a more thorough teeth cleaning before, my mouth felt amazingly clean afterword. She also did some cosmetic work on my teeth, I had 2 chipped teeth that I was very self conscious about- she did such a great job, you'd never know they were chipped in the first place. I've had very pleasant experiences in the past here and once again, they have not disappointed. I felt relaxed, comfortable and almost fell asleep in the dental chair. She even followed up with me a few hours later to let me know that everything had cleared and confirm my appointment. As I type this, I currently have a LOT of work to be done on my teeth, but my experiences thus far have been nothing short of, dare I say, almost enjoyable. Barb & Anna are wonderful dental hygienists. Being a naturally inquisitive creature, they walk me through every step, not only telling me what they're doing but also why. They're also gentle, yet very effective, in their handling which is really surprising. Dr Chidester is also an immensely likable, no-nonsense doctor with decades of experience under his belt. I will no longer be a patient of Dr. Ligotki Dental Group. On July 10, 2026, I was scheduled for a…read moreroutine cleaning. I knew that it had been less than six months since my last cleaning. After taking several x-rays, Dr. Ligotki realized that I was not actually due for a cleaning. Instead, he checked my gums and various teeth that may pose problems in the future. He also discussed a pre screening cancer treatment that insurance companies don't like to pay for but he did the pre screening on my mouth anyway. He told me to continue to use his prescribed oral treatment rinse and to schedule a cleaning in four months. When I began to reschedule my next appointment, I was told that the services for the day were over $400! I reminded her that my cleaning should be covered 100% by insurance. She acknowledged it and quoted me $274 for the visit. I asked her to explain this cost and she said it was for the oral rinse and the cancer screening of my mouth. I did not ask for the screening but I assumed that it would be billed to my insurance. As for the two step oral rinse, Dr. Ligotki told me that it is a prescription. I thought that he would write me a prescription but instead, he took the bottles out of a cabinet and put them in a bag. He went back to an exam room and let the very confused receptionist try to explain the cost of my visit. The two bottle rinse would cost me $180! I was not going to buy THAT product! My total bill was $94 which I believe was for the pre screening cancer test. He obviously never intended to bill my insurance company for the test and passed the cost onto me. Loretta Huddleston
