But I can honestly say that working from home while Mike and Josh (and their colleague Matt, for one day) was a pleasure. They treated our home with a tremendous amount of respect and care. I was so impressed with the attention they paid to every detail -- whether it was the walls and trim they were painting, or the furniture they were moving to make room for their work. Mike listened carefully to what we wanted to have done to the house, and he and his team executed on that plan flawlessly. And though they worked carefully, they also worked amazingly fast -- the entire downstairs of our house was painted in three days time. Any time they moved an item, they painstakingly replaced it in the exact same spot. Perhaps most importantly, I found Mike and Josh to be incredibly kind and thoughtful. On the first day they were painting in the home I asked them to be mindful of our cats -- one of whom occasionally tries to escape. Later in the day, when a door was left ajar (not their fault at all -- the door doesn't latch properly) they leapt to action, helping me search the house and yard to make sure the cat was inside (he was). It probably sounds like a small thing, but anytime you let people into your home to do work you're never totally sure what to expect. With Indy Enterprises you can expect the very best. I honestly had no idea what to expect, but when Joel Sackett and his team came out, not only did they caulk (fill the gaps) repaint, and add the new trim color we'd selected, but they repainted (sprayed) all the exterior doors (including garage doors and metal fixtures), as well as repainting the entry way to the home top to bottom. The job overall, is fantastic and the team was absolutely the dream team. Fastidiously neat, respectful, and complete and utter perfectionists when it came to their craft. Awesome work Elite. She left me with an extremely dented brand new sink after installation. An unfinished warped backsplash that's falling off and damage done to the window frame above it Flooring that was never laid and quoted me the wrong measurements which cannot be returned. She actually dumped my flooring into my flower bed the night before she was supposed to come lay it and never showed up the next day. Paint overspray all over my concrete steps Broken light glass light fixture Many other smaller details completely omitted or wrongly executed. She charged materials to my Lowe's account claiming she would deduct the amount from the flooring job that she never did. I sent her a list of things that needed to be repaired that she damaged during installation and reimbursement for materials she completely screwed up and she laughed at me and said BS. She insulted my character, threatened to add more charges to my bill and flat out lied and refused to take any fault. She is completely unprofessional, passive aggressive and takes zero accountability. I hope this post saves at least one person from having to go through what I had to endure and continue to go through as I clean up the mess she left behind. I have photos and texts proving everything and my next step is to reach out to a lawyer. I gave her ample opportunity to redeem herself and do the right thing before posting and she refused and blocked me.
