I've been going for 2 months now (at least 4 days a week for the past month) and I (and my wife) have noticed changes in my attitude and physical appearance, all for the better. The on boarding process was easy and a great into into what CrossFit is, the classes are great, one hour in and out, no thinking of what to do next. I go at 530AM and have the whole day for my wife and kids. So now when they wake up I'm waiting downstairs with breakfast and coffee for everyone. The coaches are all very friendly and helpful. They will learn your limits and help you push through them. The other athletes are really some of the friendliest people you'll meet. A week ago when running one of the more athletic guys pushed me and another runner the last 100m to an all out sprint for the last lap. I wouldn't have done it on my own.

The workout program is designed to fit my needs/weaknesses. The group format is fun, everyone has their own program to work on while the trainer is spotting you or correcting you or even challenging you to get stronger. I love going because this place makes working out fun! The trainers even help you if you have body limitations, injuries, nutrition issues, and/or just are unmotivated.
