I highly recommend FitBody by Krista. Krista has put together an amazing group of trainers who truly care about the "tribe members". With a variety of classes, there is something for everyone. FBBK encourages tribe members "to get comfortable being uncomfortable". To that end I have completed 3 Spartan OCRs and participated in 2 photoshoots. FBBK tribe members have the option of using a MyZone heart rate monitor. I like monitoring my heart rate while working out, the feedback encourages me to challenge myself during my workouts. I joined FITBODY BY KRISTA last month, when I was looking for group fitness classes near my home. The facility is clean, and well maintained with a good variety of equipment for the classes. The classes include TRX, Spin, Combat, etc. A lot of good variety. Are classes 45 minutes. The instructors have all been fantastic so far, really encouraging you to push yourself beyond your own self imposed limits. But also happy to offer modifications if you are not quite there yet. Also, the other students have been warm and welcoming. Wonderful gym and I'd highly recommend it. read more
