Times have changed and my mother is long gone and now I find myself moving in to University Place in Abilene, TX. Let me tell you that the entire experience of shrinking my lifestyle and living in an Independant Living environment was made much easier my their staff. By the time I left and now prepare for my move I had met several of the residents that will most likely become friends as time goes by. AND I am looking forward to my time there and my new home and family. Yes, family, because that is how I felt while I was there.

"It's all about comfort" the staff would say and that included family as well. We are from out of town when our family member needed hospice, we couldn't have been more pleased with their services.
