We walked in on a Sunday and we immediately scanned the store to find where we could begin looking for a suit. Nobody greeted us with a friendly hello. There were people walking around, a couple ladies down in one corner of the store, not dressed like they worked in a retail situation. I had assumed they were waiting for someone in the dressing room. There was a young man dressed in a suit walking around the store. By his professional appearance we knew he worked there. We asked him if any of the suit jackets were on sale while the man he was waiting on was in the dressing room. He said yes, some of them are and he was ready to point out the ones on sale. The lady in the corner that I thought was waiting for someone yells that's not our procedure here you scan in to get in line. Well unfortunately, we did not have our phones with us because we find it rude to have a phone in a social situation like that. Nothing is more aggravating than people talking on their phone and hearing phones ring. We asked if we could get in line and the woman said I'll see what I can do. So rude! Someone else commented how busy it was, there were maybe four customers in the store and the lady responded by saying well it's wedding season and it's a Sunday. Well, if that's the case, perhaps you should hire more people? Has that ever occurred to you? And have you ever thought that perhaps all of your customers maybe don't have a phone to scan in? Since 2/3 of your staff look like they worked in a discount retail environment, may be putting a machine where you pull a number just like a deli Could be an option.,Honestly, I have seen people dressed so much nicer in a deli than your staff in the Avon store. We both have worked in retail situations and I for one could say if I ever treated a customer the way they treated us I would be out of a job! There was no room to sit. There was one chair by the fitting room. People were sitting in the windowsills. I will say I have purchased from Men's Wearhouse often in other locations and I can honestly say I will never walk into this Avon store again. When we walked out, I looked at the man sitting in the and I said well good luck to you because he needed it with the staff you had there. I felt so bad for the man that was trying to help us because the woman reprimanded him in front of the whole store by saying not our process and he couldn't show us the marked do suits. All we asked is what was on and we shouldn't have had to wait to get an answer. I'm sorry to say you lost out on quite a large sale. Like I said, we needed a suit which included a jacket, pants, shirt, tie, shoes, and perhaps even a nice pair of dress socks!

I just went the other day, because they sell men's Levi's jeans in tall sizes and I needed them for someone. There is also plenty of Under Armour, Nike, Champion and Reebok athletic gear. They also have bathing suits and sneakers. The store isn't busy at all, but it is well stocked and organized. They have a rewards system, for every $50 spent you earn a $10 coupon for next time, so they're working on bringing back their clientele. Bob's Store is a decent store, but most of the items they sell can be found at other retailers for a lower cost.
