Welcome to the wedding reception. Need to use the restroom? Hope you can walk long distances to the other side of the hotel.
    Irene P.

A wedding is meant to be a joyous occasion, most expensive, planned but our experience at Marriott Celebration Hotel was a nightmare. Despite glowing advertising, the hotel misrepresented itself, failing to disclose that it was an active dangerous construction zone where people with disabilities are placed at high risk. The conditions were appalling: tripping hazards, construction debris littering the floors, and industrial blow dryers spewing dust and debris into your eyes and lungs as you exit the elevator. This caused respiratory issues and eye irritation. I had to go out and buy specialty eyedrop's. Electrical issues in my room, loud noises throughout the night, and lack of safety measures left us--and other guests--concerned about potential fire hazards and our own safety. I even overheard guests suggesting the fire marshal be called. In one shocking instance, an untrained workman was tampering with the electrical box in the breakfast area. His frightened demeanor made it clear he had no expertise. Despite voicing my concerns to staff repeatedly and urging them to call a qualified electrician, no action was taken. A week later, management claimed ignorance, further compounding my frustration to the lack of safety. The lack of communication was equally egregious. Construction materials blocked the parking area upon arrival, an early check-in request went unanswered, and guests were misled about restricted areas being off-limits. Even worse, bathrooms were so far from the event space that guests missed precious moments of the reception walking the hallways. While the bellhops and food service staff, especially Jennifer's team, did an excellent job under the circumstances, their efforts couldn't salvage the experience. Bending through barricades and lifting my foot over looped power cords in the doorways/ hallways, dodging dangling cords, and enduring sleepless nights because of noise made this stay unbearable. Marriott's celebration front desk manager recent canned responses and dismissive management during my stay highlight a complete lack of accountability. Promises of care means nothing when safety, communication, and guest satisfaction are ignored. This wasn't just poor planning; it was gross negligence. I have an irritated cough to this day. Now I wanna know if there was asbestos contamination. I'm sure this will be a beautiful hotel when it's restored but you cannot restore confidence in management to do the right thing when they repeatedly did the wrong things.

Very clean throughout. Superb friendly service at bar during afternoon happy hour. Good theming in all areas. Well organized pool area. You are in close walking distance to SO many things, cutting out much need for transport. This was my second stay here where the confirmed check-in time sent by Marriott was earlier than the hotel allows. I walked the area instead of getting settled. Zero recognition of loyalty status. Check out listed as 11:00, but housekeeping (despite hang tag on door) began knocking at 9:20. I packed up and departed early. Other than a VERY slow tub drain, the hotel was excellent between the weak first impression and the final impression. Yes, I can still easily recommend.

With all the Disney Parks, there's always a celebration in Orlando so having a Marriott Autograph Collection property perched lakeside in this adorable town called Celebration is a plus. The Bohemian Hotel Celebration is a boutique hotel with a "Tommy Bahama" bohemian feel that it's so Floridian. I had never heard of the town of Celebration until now and I was stoked to see that it boasts all types of traditional & family friendly restaurants and entertainment spots that made my stay and hope future ones more enjoyable without breaking the bank. The Celebration town is also surrounded by perfectly photograph-like houses that it felt like I was driving into a movie set. *Hotel - It is a bit dated and in need of refurbishing but its upside is that it is very centrally located to the theme parks and ESPN Wide World of Sports which made me very much overlook its shortcomings; but since we only did an overnight stay, it was ok. It is also walking distance to a Starbucks, sport bar, pizza place and Kilwin's to a name a few family spots so it's a give and take folks..! It does have an onsite restaurant but I didn't try it out but it looked descent. *Room - Dated, clean, bit dark but ample in size. Bathroom was incredibly dated but ample size too. Not what I bargained for - There were rust stains in the toilet and when the shower was in use, the water would massively wet the floor not necessarily something I expected from an Autograph property. *Staff - Ready to check me in/out. Started a conversation with one of the front desk clerks to really not receive much of a response or interest...not rude but couldn't be bothered. She had more of a "Is it 5 o'clock yet" type of attitude. Would I stay again at this hotel...? Yes - for an overnight stay given how close it is to the theme parks. With all the Celebration Town perks, this property should seriously consider keeping up to par with its surroundings since it truly can be a hotel worth celebrating...!

At these prices who can mess up desert & a burger?

I wanted to love this location so much because it's closer than the downtown locale we frequent twice a month. Appearance: It has declined over the years. The hotel is in disrepair & unclean inside & outside. The greasy exhaust blower sprayed dirty all over the side of the builder. I have never seen it look so bad. This was always my go to place for my snochy NE visitors. Food: We did not enjoy this food. Overly sweetened deserts like eating sand. Nothing was eatible.

Lobby is nice but overall the hotel seems a little dated. Room is ok but shower betrays the star level as the fixtures and finishes are slightly above three stars. Not really the luxury retreat I was expecting. Not like an AC, or a modern Moxy, or Marriot Marquis. More akin to an older Sheraton without the granite/marble. No gym to speak of. Hint: street parking available. Just make sure you read the signs.

We enjoy the Celebration Water front with the many shops and restaurants. We came here Christmas Eve for lunch, the hotel is beautiful and right next to the lake, on a warm day, you can sit on the outside patio and enjoy the great outdoors and the lovely water views. The area reminded me very much of the Norman Rockwell Christmas paintings. Very quaint and inviting. Though we had fairly simple fare, the food was very good, we had the veggie burger, beef burger and conch fritters, along with drinks, the burgers were cooked well and very tasty, the conch fritters were some of the best I've had in Orlando. Our margarita was very good but the lavender solstice was a little medicinal. All in all, a great experience, will definitely come back for lunch and sit outside once the whether warms up.

I see the reviews are not resounding for this Kessler niche hotel, but my family thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was excellent, from valet service to check in, through check out. Since Celebration has a number of cool shops and venues nearby, we did not try the restaurant, but the food certainly looked good. Our room was large with two queen beds that were plush, comfortable, and gave a wonderful night's sleep. The room also had a sitting area with a convertible sleeper sofa, desk, and a really cool antiqued table. Past that is a small balcony that overlooks the street below, which gives you a great view of the action of Celebration. As I said, service was excellent and the valet explained the various parking scenarios which included valet ($23), self parking lot ($16) or street parking (free). We chose street parking because the area was not crowded, but I can see at peak times that might not be the case. Bell service was also provided by the valet and service was cheerful, pleasant and personable. The hotel is located in the central part of Celebration, near restaurants shop and two dozen Real Estate offices (no joke).

Hotel staff was nice. Hotel seemed nice but a little dated. Bathroom smelled a little like mildew. Ok for an overnight stay but wouldn't plan to spend a ton of time here. Pool is really small and there are hardly any chairs. So it can basically accommodate one family

What a hidden gem! Loved our experience from checkin throughout! Our room was available early so they called us and let us get settled- it was also a corner room with a beautiful view of the lake - not some leftover tucked away! The pool was small but peaceful with the fountains and perfect- individually wrapped towels fully stocked. We also enjoyed the bottomless mimosa brunch poolside. Server kind enough to refill us frequently with no need to wait ever! Burger- probably one of the best i've ever had! Beds comfy, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Bikes available to rent. Entire bohemian decor from coral chandeliers to deep sunk linen couches all such a cool vibe. an amazing hidden gem away from all the disney! Will def be back and definitely recommend!

The first receptionist could not find it so her supervisor decided that the photo Amazon took was not my package. She said Amazon just takes pictures of any package and sends that out, and says since it wasn't logged in by the staff member who received it, it was never delivered. Amazon does not drive to a business to take photos of a package just to send it to a customer and say it was delivered just to get money. Since it's a smaller hotel, the breakfast area never felt crowded, and there wasn't nearly as much noise as you usually find in other hotels from the same chain -- which is definitely something worth highlighting. The breakfast selection is a bit more limited, given the size of the property and the number of guests, but everything was fresh and well-prepared, with good quality overall. The location is excellent -- very close to the Disney parks, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it ideal for families or anyone looking for convenience. If I had to mention a couple of drawbacks, the space between the door and the frame in our room (#337) allowed in more light than the actual window -- the hallway light illuminated the room all night long, as if the TV had been left on. Also, the shower could use a bit more water pressure. Despite those small issues, I would definitely consider staying here again for the comfort, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere.

We booked through Chase's The Edit, which was supposed to include breakfast for two each day, property credit, and a room upgrade if available. After our first breakfast, we were charged the full amount with no credit applied. I had to explain the benefit at checkout, and the person helping me initially did not seem willing to remove the charge. She eventually went into the back to ask someone else before it was corrected. I also asked about the room upgrade at check-in and felt like the question was brushed aside. I understand upgrades are not guaranteed, but the person checking in next to me was offered an upgraded room for an additional charge. That made it seem like upgraded rooms were available, just not for the benefit that came with our reservation. The room looked good at first, but there were several things that felt poorly maintained. The bathroom had nice fixtures and great water pressure, but the drain control was broken and came apart, the toilet felt unstable, and part of the wall looked like it had been quickly patched. Breakfast service was not great either. The server brought drinks at the beginning, dropped off the check early, and then never came back to offer refills. We also asked for bed rails for our young child and were surprised that the hotel did not have any, especially for a hotel that gets so many Disney families. The morning shuttle to the park was late. The bus was already sitting outside, but the driver arrived late, so everyone had to wait. The bell and valet staff outside also felt overly aggressive. It made arriving and leaving feel more pressured than welcoming. There were some good parts. The Japanese restaurant upstairs was excellent, and the person working at the coffee shop downstairs was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel was attractive, but there were too many service and maintenance issues for a property at this price and brand level. It was not a terrible stay, but it did not feel like a luxury experience either. I would probably stay somewhere else next time.

Why the 4 stars ~ I would highly suggest placing couples on a different floor from families. The families can be quite loud for those preferring a quieter ambiance. Finally I think a map of the seating areas around the water park placed strategically right after the entrance gate would benefit so many families. It's common that the Marriott properties I stay in have moldy caulking in the shower area, nasty, stained carpeting, and furniture that's stained, broken, dirty, and unappealing - But not here! This room was very nicely set up and maintained too. The bed was comfy and they also offered Pluto as one of their internet TV/streaming services - This has been very important to me over the past couple of years, I'm so used to it that I hate properties that don't offer it. The property itself was great. Service by all the staff was great. The hotel is located just walking distance from Old Town where you can go eat or entertain yourself with many games and rides. Or you can venture around town to shop, dine, and have fun....the choices are endless which is why I keep coming back to this area.

Stayed on the 8th floor far away from the elevators so it was a little bit of a walk but it was quiet. The room had black out curtains and not a peep of light got through them. Called for extra blankets and towels and they were extremely quick in getting them delivered. Pool was great they had a giant lazy river and tons of chairs. Also the shuttles to the parks were super convenient and came almost every hour.

Shortly after arrival, we noticed what appeared to be blood on the bed comforter. We initially assumed housekeeping would replace the bedding during routine room service, so we did not immediately escalate it. However, after multiple housekeeping visits over approximately two days, the same visibly stained bedding remained on the bed and was never replaced. What upset us most was not just the stain itself, but the fact that housekeeping serviced the room multiple times and still left the bedding in place. This created serious sanitation concerns and made us uncomfortable using the room. We brought the issue to the hotel's attention at checkout and were offered only waived resort fees. We then attempted to resolve the matter through both the property and Hilton Guest Assistance. Despite multiple follow-ups, the final offer from Hilton was only 10,000 Hilton Honors points on a stay that cost approximately 140,000 points. I am posting this because I believe future guests deserve to make informed decisions regarding cleanliness standards and how serious concerns are handled after they are reported. I have attached photos documenting the condition before and after housekeeping service. UPDATE: I want to add that after additional escalation through Hilton's social media support team, Hilton ultimately reviewed the situation more thoroughly and issued a substantial points adjustment that I felt more appropriately reflected the seriousness of the concern. While I still wish the issue had been handled differently initially, I genuinely appreciated finally feeling heard and taken seriously. I think it is only fair to acknowledge that Hilton did ultimately make a meaningful effort to resolve the situation.

I actually was close to asking what scent they were using so that I could do the same in my house. Haha. The check in process was smooth and easy and the staff was friendly. Up to this point, everything was looking amazing. Sadly.... The room did not match that same level of care. As soon as we walked into the building of the rooms, we were hit with one of those moldy smells. It was bad. But not as bad as the smell in the room itself. That mold smell was twice as strong in the room. Even if we could get past that, we couldn't get past numerous other flaws in the room: - trash left behind from previous guest / room not fully clean - the bathroom mirror show signs of damage and an attempt to fix with tape was made - the bathroom sink had a very slow moving drain - just the walls and paint job were not well done. (Paint all over one of the light switch, etc..) Overall, not the cleanest or well maintained hotels. We booked 4 nights, but decided to check out right away and found a different hotel. I was, however, impressed with the front desk manager that I reported all this to. Yamaira was her name, and she was very hospitable and understanding and tried to help us the best she could. I appreciated that a lot. However, it wasn't enough for us to decide to stay here. They need some upgrades done to their rooms. That would be the only way I'd visit here again.

You have aromas gracefully filling in the air. They have amenities, like Starbucks and a sundry. You think, golly, this will be a swell stay. Until you get into your room. First impressions, you get a slight order coming from the hallways. Maybe that was just something that just happened. You over look it. We get into my room, it suddenly feels like a cheap motel, it was dark, landlord special paint on everything. Carpet looking dark as heck. We looked around, who is up keeping this place?! The critters?! We got dust and debris all around these nook and crevices. It has not been touched in years. You have a bathroom mirror that is off its frame and staying attached by some tape. Condensation from the air con, causing pooling of water near the unit. Barely any lights, you know why?! To hide it all! So we think it's okay for sleeping. We go to the park. Come back, daaaaamn, it smells funky and like hints of piss. The manager didn't not offer an upgrade, just another room. But couldn't guarantee if it'll be better. Really?
