Super friendly and accommodating, and the job gets done QUICK. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I had to return more than once to get my newly installed touchscreen working properly. The first time, the sound would go in and out. I went back in and with the warranty given (30 days), they immediately worked on the car. The second time, the sound worked, but every time I accelerated, the sound would go away. I took it in again, and immediately had that repaired. FInally, I was told the issue would be something with re-wiring and adding an amp, which had an added cost of $250 to my overall total of $950, BUT the staff gave me a discount, so I only paid $125 for that amp installation. (Kinda sucked, but I understood once I was given an honest explanation) Again, it is pricey, but the overall quality of the work is definitely worth exploring. If you are a local and want to have a radio installed, I suggest you add this place to your list as you shop around for good prices. The customer service was ultimately what made me decide to stick around. I would trust them to install something else, as long as they continue that good customer service, honesty, and good communication. They check all those boxes and made the difference for me.
