I understood it would be a darker version of the color chosen. However, five hours and forty-five minutes later I was nowhere in the vicinity of the color chosen. I wasn't even in the same zip code. Before I get told it was because of my start color, it wasn't. I've gone in darker and came out platinum in one visit. Now, she did try her best to fix it, but I left 100% unsatisfied and sore. Also allow me to tell you it was $300, for hair I HATED. I know hair is complex and things happen, but this salon is overpriced and posing as a high retail, upper-class facility, with expensive products and outrageous services, but low-quality outcomes. I hated to have this experience as I get my hair done often, quite often as I am older and have many gray hairs. I was offered water/beverage upon arriving, however, I was there for over 5 hours and not once again was I offered a beverage. I now still have hair I do not like no where near the color I wanted. I did like the overall vibe. I did give it another chance and had spa pedicures done for myself and another. It was a whopping $250 with 2 products. There was no massage of the calf, foot, leg in general I started at 9 and at 9:27 she was painting my toes. Certainly not worth the money. I've paid half the price and received far better service.

I found out about this place from another nurse a year ago. I always thought custom extensions would be an arm and a leg plus an additional kidney for the upkeep. Nope! After the initial investment in the actual hair it's been super reasonable. I don't spend much more to have my "move-ups" and color than I did just for my color maintenance and regular trims in Toledo. It's definitely worth the drive. Jaycee does my extensions, but after a year of coming here every 5-6 weeks I've never seen anyone leave upset. The whole salon is clean, well organized, beautifully maintained and features some great stylists. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but they do great work inside. In Napoleon in a strip of older businesses you'd expect to see a lot of little old lady roller sets and perms- but don't be fooled. They have several stylists here who specialize in hand sewn beaded weft extensions. I have difficult hair to get and keep blonde- my color has never looked better. This is a great salon worth the drive.

I walked out 5 hours later with orange roots and legitimately fried hair. And I'm not talking just the ends. I went back a week later to talk to the owner. Who told me the stylist wouldn't give me my money back and I should have known it would be fried cause my hair was already damaged. My hair was healthy prior to walking in that salon, now I had to go back to my natural color (black) and it's now cut above my shoulders. Would not recommend!

I'm sure that's why she has such a following. Her attitude, professionalism and expertise reminds me of a big town salon with a small town comfortable feel. I also had a pedi with Joan today and I can't say enough about her. She does exceptional pedis and I saw a lovely mani while she worked on it. Joan is truly a nail artist because she has such a flair. I definitely recommend this shop and will continue being a patron.

Now, the stations have plexiglass shields between them. Lysol bottles are everywhere. Disinfectant is put into the soaking water. The ladies massage the hands and legs. There is a TV. Cash only.
