    A very careless driver totaled my husband's pickup which set him in search of another vehicle. He came across the Hyundai Equus and said "That's the one!" I arranged for a test drive and he was sold! The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. Although we were pre-approved for a car loan thru the credit union, everything else went smoothly and relatively quickly and my husband got the car he's been wanting.

    Membercar is low stress and a friendly operation. My husband and I had a great experience buying a car from Tyler at Membercar. All of their vehicles are subject to Maryland's rigorous car standards, so you can have confidence buying a used car because it's passed the vehicle inspection. We ended up buying a used Subaru with ~65k miles, heated seats and a beautiful sunroof.

    The folks at MemberCar are the complete opposite of conventional used car salesman - these guys were honest, straightforward, no hassle, personable, low stress, no pressure, and their cars actually are what they say they are. Imagine my surprise at finding a used car dealership where they didn't try to pull the wool over my eyes with a cosmetically dressed-up junker car! The staff at MemberCar treated me with respect even before my husband arrived, which unfortunately is rare in the car world. The inventory at MemberCar is all excellent quality, and they are absolutely honest. Walking into MemberCar was extremely refreshing, especially after test-driving the same year/make/model vehicle at a number of other dealerships, each of which turned out to be wildly disreputable. The car we ended up buying from MemberCar was in excellent shape and clean as a whistle (read: it was actually detailed, not merely washed.) Having been skeptical and of the "too good to be true" mindset after all of our poor experiences at other dealerships, MemberCar even allowed us to take the vehicle to our own trusted mechanic to have it checked out before we made our decision. They didn't act squirrelly about our wanting to get it checked out. They were completely confident that the car was in as good shape as they claimed, which it was. They also stayed late two nights in a row to accommodate my husband's work schedule, the first night when we came in to check out and test drive the vehicle, and the second night when we'd made the decision to purchase it. The staff at MemberCar is so family friendly that they even catered to our fussy two-year-old daughter, who they gave a stuffed animal "Car Fox" (CarFax mascot), which she still loves. They went above and beyond to find us the best financing option, and they gave us a very reasonable trade-in offer for our other vehicle. Lastly, a few months after we purchased the vehicle, MemberCar sent us a sweet note and a beautifully wrapped gift with a tin of homemade cookies. We were taken aback by their kindness. This place is the best kept secret in the used car world; they rate a perfect ten out of ten in my book.

    Pretty good for what I needed…read more I have an older car which had a leak in a place that was hard to get to, at least for me. Bought replacement parts, tire racks, etc., but I wasn't feeling it. Scheduled a morning drop-off at Roda and they were cool about it. Professional with everything including a credit for a ride home. Once they went through their diagnosis, they sent a link with all the recommendations. I deferred on a few but went with what would resolve the main problem. A few days later I got my car back and the leak (so far) is gone. When it comes to auto repair, I'd say not to skimp but also to know what you truly need.

The next day I will see your day message that the Service could not be formed them. Please call them. I called them and they said they could pick it up Saturday morning between between 930 and 1030. Pick up pursue Brad in late but she arrived at 10:30. Just a young lady. No uniform. No ID Card. Calling me to tell him if she's here to pick up my car. As far as RODA that's very unprofessional. How am I supposed to trust a $40,000 Car to person to shows up? It says give me your car. I took a picture of a drivers license and add her my Car Keys I received a text about 1115 in the morning to take my car had arrived at the Shop 1230. No update 130. No update, so I called the Shop and they said it was in the key to be worked on. 230. No update. No response from the road to Shop. I caught an Uber to the Shop which had my expenses. $14.75. When I arrived at the Shop, there was five guys in the lobby. Just seen around. I think they were employees. And when I asked her about my car they gave me this. Oh shit look and he said oh, they're about to pull it in. The time was now three that day and they asked me if I wanted the Service after all. And I said hell. No it took you four hours not to do an oil change. That's upsurd . Give me my Keys. I fed a complaint on the road to app. I received your text and someone was gonna reach out to me. Today is Wednesday, February 11 and no one has ever reached out to me. I will never use a Service again. Worse Customer Service experience I've experienced ever, and I will badmouth this Company on social media to all my coworkers to all my acquaintance to everybody. Very very unprofessional for a business that trying to start up. By the way, you're $60 oil change out to have it done at Mr. Tire the next day for $49.95 Go figure!!!

I've had my oil change done here in under an hour and now I'm currently having a few filters replaced. I did a walk in around 9:36 AM today (essentially my only free day) which was nice since they really just accommodated based on my scheduling needs. I would recommend paying cash or debit card to prevent Any additionally charges using a credit card. Otherwise, I'm very happy with their customer service, affordability and honesty. Would definitely recommend to others and return for future car needs.

The last two times I brought my 2009 Honda CRV in I specifically asked, "Please do a total overall check and let me know what is needed so it well and safely." The last time it was in, just a month or so ago, I asked if all is well, it's good to go, etc. BUT this weekend we found one of the brake pads completely gone - having it towed to a different shop now. Per my ask, WFA should have seen the pad was low and let me know. That's what I asked for and, Juan, would ALWAYS tell me; "This needs to be done now or you've still got some time." The new owners just say you can't predict what's going to happen. Sure, but break pads?!?? That should be obvious. Will no longer be bringing any of our cars to WFA. A dynasty has been lost.

Jeff and Marcus are honest, professional and knowledgable about a wide range of automotive matters. When we take a car to RAC to be serviced, we know the work will be completed properly to maintain the car in top condition. We have never had to take a car back for a re-do Each visit, RAC does a full inspection of the vehicle and tells us what work is necessary and what issues need to be monitored for future consideration, They never recommend work which is not necessary at the time the vehicle is brought in for service. And although not required, the staff loves my wifes "goodie" package as extra compensation for a job well done!

I wanted someone to take a look at it and honestly, it was a quick fix, no more than 4 minutes. BUT they said I'd have to make an appointment. I was honestly disappointed by the response. So, I called Rockville Auto Clinic and were so flexible with time. I was able to head over there that day. Rockville Auto Clinic was able to take a look and fix the issue in minutes! It was a very easy fix and they did it for no cost. I really appreciated their helpfulness. That just made my day. There were so friendly and kind. I will definitely use them again.
