They mixed up my medical record with another patient's, and I've been treated unfairly ever since. Even after passing two urine drug tests and doing everything they asked, I'm still judged and not taken seriously. My spinal disc is completely deteriorated, and I'm scheduled for spinal fusion surgery on January 29th, yet they insist on prescribing only one 5 mg pill a day, which does nothing for my pain. I've told them repeatedly, and nothing is ever adjusted. There have been multiple times where they refused to answer the phone, ignored refill requests, or didn't fill my medication at all. They even started me on a new medication but gave me only ten pills and then left me unsure if they'd ever refill it. I'm honestly scared to take anything they prescribe because I don't know if they will handle it correctly. This clinic has caused me unnecessary pain, stress, and frustration during a time when I should be getting proper medical care. I hope they take these issues seriously and make major improvements.
