My mother, father in law and mother in law are buried here. Service was good. They were kind and sympathetic. Everything you would expect from a cemetery. I did have to request some clean up for my mother's site the last time I was there. But I do recommend them. read more

I have never seen a bunch of unprofessional people in my life. I buried my mom in August at the Hackscross location. They do not maintain the graves. My mom's grave had a big hole at the foot of the grave. I was told that my mom's headstone would arrive sometime between June and July after I had to redo the paperwork a second time. The groundskeepers have thrown away the flowers I left at her gravesite. The groundkeepers were too lazy to put them in the garbage; they threw them in the bushes behind my mom's grave. On April 16, 2024, I visited my mom's grave, and what did I notice? Her headstone was delivered and placed without anyone contacting me. I went to the front office to ask about the temporary marker I purchased for my mom's grave. I waited an hour and a half and could not find the marker. I returned on April 17, 2024, to retrieve the marker; again, no one could see the marker. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and a light-skinned woman who works in the back wanted to run her mouth. I left again without my marker, which I had paid for with my money. Please do not bury your loved ones at this location. I regret making this place my mom's final resting place. CLW. read more

Losing my mom on Mother's Day, was hard enough. Dealing with this unprofessional place has been a nightmare. Stay away! Please do not disrespect your loved ones and lay them to rest here. Liquor bottles are all on the property next to people's loved ones. Trash everywhere. And don't get me started on the inside & staff. I do not like when folks lie to me. They simply do not care. My parents bought plots here in the late 80s early 90s. This last week, my mother passed. Unfortunately, we have moved to Texas and wanted to place her here. Thinking we would sell the plus back in TN to recoup costs placed a can to Sylvia in the office. To say that we are flabbergasted at her rude and unprofessional manner would be an understament! In this difficult time she was dismissive and crass about our needs. It seemed as if we somehow were putting Sylvia out be asking for advice on selling the plots, which was basically do it ourselves from Texas, and getting the specific information about the plots. In truth her behavior, lack of reasonable communication and utter unprofessionalism only served to make this already difficult time more so. I would love to speak with the owner to see if this is how they want the burned represented. read more

Run. Can't say enough negative about this place. Went the day my father died to see burial spots. Bc body wasn't released to funeral home yet they said they couldn't do paperwork or help us yet but showed us options for burial. We mentioned Saturday funeral. The next day, we called in the AM bc funeral home was secured and body released. They set a time for us to come late afternoon. We phoned right before appointment and They said they were now "full" on Saturday still 5 days before the service and couldn't accommodate us. Randy from Memphis funeral home talked with them and said they needed to make it right and accommodate us. They agreed they would try to. We scheduled a time to come (again) the next day. We arrived to them saying all the places they showed us 36 hrs ago were "gone" and they had chosen a plot for us. We drove out to it and were not happy with the choice. Back inside. We then spent the next 1.5 hours going in and out of the trailer, driving back out to plots, them checking their "book", saying they couldn't help us and then they'd keep looking. On and on. Total run around. They'd be gone for long periods, checking the books, checking if a body was there already... you either have a plot or you don't. They didn't even have a map of their facility of the different areas to show us. Super slow. Super scattered. Super unprofessional overall. When I asked the original lady who helped us about the miscommunication, she said I never realized your dad was dead. You said his body was at the hospital. (I had Led the whole conversation with my dad had passed away). After 2 of them were gone outside looking for ANY place near a tree, for the 5th 20 min increment, we finally left. Horrific experience. Went to memorial park on poplar and NEVER so glad. 10,000 times improvement. No comparison. Please trust me on this. Don't go to this place. read more

This was picked by my mom for her final resting place. Calling back and fourth from New York was very difficult but they made it easy. Their service was great and professional. I'm very pleased and satisfied unfortunately I will have to put a headstone but I will definitely be coming back soon. Lovely place my mom is at peace. read more
