And I had to reminnd them I purchased an urn and they still give me the ashes in the black box instead of the urn. I was told noone was there to transfer the ashes to the urn and that I could leave them (after waiting 2 extra days for them to even get the ashes in). So no I wasn't going to leave her with them an extra day. My children had to do the transfer because I broke down crying when I attempted. My experience with them was very disappointing.

Clearly the funeral home's greatest concern appeared to be about "making money" only. We learned later they'd scheduled the funeral service and the viewing of another body only "one" hour apart. Additionally, the announcement for the services wasn't posted on their website until "days"after the funeral. Simply heartbreaking.
