I filed a complaint about it 3 weeks ago in the office and followed up a week later and was not moved back and went back to the office to tell them and the sales manager, Heather Jones, took me to a room and told me about them having only 2 on the groundcrew and having a long list of complaints. But she said she'll move me up on the list and label my issue as urgent and told me that after 7 days if the stone wasn't moved, to call her and gave me her card with her mobil number. After those 7 days, the stone was still not moved and I called her cellphone, she didn't answer so I left a voice message. She hasn't called back since. Just yesterday, I went back to the grave and STILL stone isn't moved plus there's several holes in the grave and I sent pics of it to her cellphone and of course told her stone STILL not moved. I'm still yet to hear from her. Service is really, really slow at this cemetary and I am very frustrated about it.

The following day during the procession M. J. Edwards Stage Road Chapel provided us two limos to our home, then to the church memorial service and then drove us to the West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Memphis, Tennessee and then drove us back to our house. During and after it was supposedly created, at every turn I had to call and get a status as to when it would be set. I got every excuse in the book, with rain being the most used explanation. Contacted her again on July 15th for a status and got the excuse tgat her brother had died in February. I gave her grace yet again. I found out that she was embroiled in a scandal by not following through on purchases for other customers. Still heard nothing from her. When I found out about the scam I immediately contacted her and no I was not nice. I wished death to her business and any and everything else of hers! Guess what, I got an instant response - she no longer wants to do business with me, would no longer touch the stone. So my grandmother's stone is supposedly laying someplace at her establishment until I can find someone to pick it up. She offered no explanation as to why it was never set but offered me 200.00 back because she didn't set it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
