Most importantly, my mother in law was treated with respect, kindness, and dignity, which meant everything to our family. Honoring her wishes, she will be cremated, and Charian is coordinating the arrangements for her to be delivered to us in California. Matthew went out of his way to console my husband and offered him words of comfort and strength during an incredibly difficult time. This place has been here since 1912, so it is now 103 years old. The building certainly looks like it has been here this long too. The staff here were extremely friendly, professional and did a fantastic job handling the services. I honestly could not have expected more, they were great. They made him look beautiful. Owens N H and Son Funeral Home has a fleet of brand new limos and a hearse, the inside of the Funeral Home is well equipped to handle about 100 people or more and they have a piano and other types of media equipment. No one asked her opinion on anything pertaining to the situation although her distasteful opinion was given. Customers have the right to choose the facility that will best serve their loved one and Yolanda and her nasty attitude towards me as a family member was "disrespectful."
