Great price to go swimming, $2 a kid and $4 and adult is super. It's also nice for a hot day and last minute plan.

The instructors and the beats (music) rotate. Floating back supports, and floating barbells are free of charge. Swimming caps are not required. You must shower before you enter the pool. Prior to the class, the staff will need to either check off your prepaid card, or collect a fee, and additionally, you'll need to sign in for insurance purposes. If you frequent the pool, you're going to want to get on their email list so that you will be apprised of any changes to their schedules. A line starts forming about 20 minutes before class, and due to drop-ins, you might want to get there early to make certain that you get the equipment that you like. Classes are held at 9:00 a.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. An additional class will run through August and begin at 10:30 on Saturday. Don't quote me because I buy a pass for $33 to attend 10 sessions, but I think an individual class is $4. It's a very chatty class, we laugh a lot, we get a kick out of singing to music, and laughing with the instructor. The instructors change up the exercises, so it's never boring. You're free to rest in the middle of class if you need to or to adapt your workout, there's no pressure. Parking is free. Showers and lockers are available, bring your own lock. Be prepared for a line to enter class and give yourself enough time. That's it! Come on over and join us for a class or two, you may find you want to drink the Kool-Aid!

Service is really outstanding. During our meal, we met several waiters and bartenders, all of whom were helpful and attentive. I'd be happy working there too as it it's such a fun ambiance. The drinks and food that we got were really good. Get the Wet sand cocktail - you'll be happy you did. They also have bottle archive available. It's a small menu food but with some really great options. Our fish tacos were really good - with lots of fresh guacamole on top. The açaí bowl was fresh with plenty of fresh fruit.

I'd say a leadership miss of advising staff of day's events - especially when 100 are expected throughout the course of a few hours. I'm sure the hosts preordered but no food brought out first half hour and menu seemed to be limited as is. We had to request plates for the appetizers - feel like that should be Service 101. Food was tasty but as an attendee, I have no idea how much things cost to see if worth the value. Felt like Staff was meant to be eye candy with their limited experience and knowledge so doubt cabana fee and cost of food & drink offset for lack of professionalism

Beyond that, I have been benefitting a ton from the initial consultation and pt with Ghyslain! He's awesome to work with, like genuinely knowledgeable, very experienced, professional and fun to be around. The way he honed in on exercises that I needed and the little tweaks he makes to form while I'm lifting is incredibly helpful. I feel like I've been learning a lot from him and plan to continue the pt at least until the end of the month! I've made it to a couple of classes so far and have really loved them too (including Natalie's hot yoga!!). I think once I get more comfortable and a bit stronger from the workouts I'm learning in pt then I'll start making it to more of the classes and more frequently. Thank you again for being so welcoming and accommodating for us throughout the signup process!

It doesn't end there, if you're there around lunch time, you can get yourself a delicious smoothie, power bowl or a margarita while soaking in the sun, sitting under a cabana or a beach chair. Literally does not get any better. Everytime I hit the gym feels like vacation. I love their classes, access to the plunge pools and all their amenities like eucalyptus cool towels. Not even Lifetime offers that and they charge an extra $150 for their monthly memberships. Shout out to Jared for setting me up.

The gym is huge to start so it is almost guaranteed that the machine you want will be available, even during peak hours. They really pride themselves on cleanliness and that is the most important aspect to me. Members are always wiping down their equipment before and after use and the employees are periodically cleaning all around. The locker rooms & restrooms are spacious with many spots available so that there is no stalling between guests. It was the primary reason I joined. Unfortunately, the circuit has never functioned as described. Staff doesn't enforce the intended rotation, and members routinely treat the machines like standard equipment -- sitting between sets, often on their phones, with no regard for others trying to move through. When I asked to work in during rest periods, I was met with outright rudeness. Even when staff stepped in to explain the circuit guidelines, members pushed back. A gym is only as good as the culture it cultivates. Enforcing the features you sell -- and holding members to basic courtesy standards -- should be non-negotiable. This gap between what was promised and what I experienced is why I cancelled my membership. I was also sold a personal training package by their independent in-house fitness training company and it was also not as presented--the trainer didn't listen to me, cut my session short, and never gave me the exercise plan as promised. I'm still fighting to get my $379 back for this.
