Even after explaining the side effects I am experiencing due to the delay, I still have not received the support I need. When I spoke with Jeanette, she kept changing the reasons why my medication hadn't been refilled or why I hadn't received a call back from the doctor. At one point, she told me my insurance was not valid--without even having my file pulled up. I contacted my insurance company myself, and they confirmed there are no issues. Despite this, the office failed to set up my appointment the four different times I reached out. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a manager, Jeanette transferred me back to the main line instead of connecting me with anyone who could actually help. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially in healthcare where people's lives and well-being are at stake. Since they do not want to help me , I will be taking the next step of reporting this office. Patients deserve staff who take their health seriously, follow through, and provide accurate information.

First of all, Bell is VERY misinformed about Autism and Bipolar. Bell is "confident" Audrey has bipolar and is dead set on putting my her on disability because she thinks she "can't" do it in life. Bell already had stacks of papers she wanted me to sign ready to turn in to put my girlfriend on "the system". Which, i never turned in for good reason! Second of all, I have ADHD and Aspergers, just like Audrey, which is why we get along so well, and I can tell you, Audrey is more than capable of reshaping the world! She's so beautiful, knowledgeable and kind. Lastly, some of the words that come out of Vera's mouth are vile! She's called my girlfriend fat, said she has low IQ, and said some really nasty things about her family with some wild accusations about her mom and grandmother specifically having never spent long, quality time with them. Vera has also bought Audrey over $5,000 worth of stuff over the years she's been seeing her, which is a bit strange and frankly, a bit creepy. Bell comes off as kind at first until you get into conversation, then stuff starts to shift. If you're looking for a therapist, or a psychiatrist, look elsewhere because you will really hurt yourself more here. God bless!
