What I value the most from her is the science I like that she gives me the details and explains to me many theories and perspectives that are rooted in science and philosophy. She makes me feel seen, heard and understood. She works at my pace. And really listens to me. I am forever grateful to have found her as my therapist. I trust her and will recommend her to my family and to my friends if they ever needed. My experience using virtual sessions has been great because I like that I can schedule my sessions online using the portal. And then just clicking the link in my email on the day of my sessions. we use all the session time effectively. I never had an issue getting a session and she always responds promptly to messages. Booking in advance is important. I usually plan my sessions for the month. The only inconvenience I've had has been with the layout of the calendar when picking a session I don't like that I have to scroll week by week. Is more efficient for the user to have the option of seeing the calendar month displayed with the days that are available and the ones that are not. Is easier to scroll month by month Than week by week that I find very time consuming. Not every therapist fits ones needs but she did for mine.

First of all, Bell is VERY misinformed about Autism and Bipolar. Bell is "confident" Audrey has bipolar and is dead set on putting my her on disability because she thinks she "can't" do it in life. Bell already had stacks of papers she wanted me to sign ready to turn in to put my girlfriend on "the system". Which, i never turned in for good reason! Second of all, I have ADHD and Aspergers, just like Audrey, which is why we get along so well, and I can tell you, Audrey is more than capable of reshaping the world! She's so beautiful, knowledgeable and kind. Lastly, some of the words that come out of Vera's mouth are vile! She's called my girlfriend fat, said she has low IQ, and said some really nasty things about her family with some wild accusations about her mom and grandmother specifically having never spent long, quality time with them. Vera has also bought Audrey over $5,000 worth of stuff over the years she's been seeing her, which is a bit strange and frankly, a bit creepy. Bell comes off as kind at first until you get into conversation, then stuff starts to shift. Lying and lazy woman will call you late for your virtual appointment, act like it's your problem that you're not in the zoom. (The zoom, that later will seemingly not work) Then when you apologize out of politeness and try to join the zoom appointment, the link won't work and she won't pick up her phone, she'll be unresponsive for 10+ minutes of your session time... Meanwhile... your'e leaving her messages asking for assistance, she'll even be unresponsive on their portal even though it is your session time... Then she'll call you back finally! when you let her know you'd been trying to reach her so you could proceed with your session, she'll tell you "everything works fine, zoom links fine" and that since you took too long and the time is too late that she now has to reschedule... She will then charge you a missed appointment/reschedule fee of $120 Even though you were Available and ready to go the entirety of your scheduled time. How can you determine this after 4 office visits? I had only seen her for allergies, blood press and a physical. Months later she switches to (Direct Primary Care) services, which mean if you're not paying her monthly (upwards of $200+) cash (rather you see her or not) you can't be a patient of hers. Well good riddance, I say. These are just a few things that just did not sit well with me. Very disappointed.

I think it was like a bait and switch. I don't think she was very honest since she must've known that she wouldn't be accepting any insurance weeks after I saw her. I'm very displeased....not very ethical and my opinion.
