Today my son and I came in to Memories at around 3:50. The sign at the door said "please seat yourself" we sat by the window. It took 10 min for anyone to look our way/acknowledge us....then when someone did she simply said our server would be by soon. Our server Kaitlin came over, no apologies for the wait and sat down menus and looked and me and said "does he really need a kids menu?" This is where I'm immediately taken aback... he is 7...a 1st grader... yes he wants the kids menu to order from and yes he wants to color.... She goes back and gets one and then asks what we want to drink. I tell her coke/Pepsi and he'd like choc milk. She disappears to get the drinks. She comes back and asks what we'd like to order. I tell her we'd like to start with crab dip, with the pretzel rods and I'd like the Louisiana chicken salad for lunch and he'd like the pita pizza and fries. After awhile a different girl comes and drops off my salad and my son's pizza, I think it's odd cause where is the crab dip? But think it must be coming out any second as well. This isn't our waitress. I can see our waitress in the hallway area talking to people pretty much the entire time we're dining. She doesn't check on us so I don't have the ability to ever tell her about the missing crab dip or ask for refills for our drinks, but again..I can see her in the hall... we are by the way the ONLY table until an older woman comes in right at the end. Our waitress comes back when I am beyond done and staring out the window. She asks if we need boxes and I said no so she hands me the check. Immediately I see first thing I am charged for the crab dip. I flag her down and tell her we never received the crab dip and I need it off the bill. She says oh okay and rolls her eyes! and walks away! She comes back with the corrected bill and lays it down. There are ZERO apologies for her mistake. The second she walked up to us we felt incredibly unwanted. You should lock your doors if you don't want customers. This was insane behavior. I have been coming here for years while my son was in prek up the road and I LOVED that salad. Today it was terrible. I used to tell people it was better than an amazing Texas Roadhouse salad and talk it up. There was nothing to it today but onion and cucumbers. My sons pizza wasn't cut, it was an uncut circle so I cut it with my butter knife. The service today was awful...Kaitlin especially was very awful and if that's a normal attitude you won't have any customers left. I'm a long time returning customer and it would be very hard to ever convince me to come back after today. We left hungry and grabbed food elsewhere after. I tipped her 15% but she didn't deserve 15 cents. I just can't bring myself to tip nothing. You should know that not a penny of it was deserved by her. I waitressed for 10+ years on the side when I was in my 20s so I am VERY understanding if it's something I know can't be helped (in the weeds etc) but her attitude was just...not it. I've been here a few times. This place is a little out of my way, but I enjoy coming here. The staff are always friendly. The food is always excellent. Last night I had the Boom Boom Steak and Shrimp. The steak was cooked perfectly. Melted in my mouth. Very tender and tasty. The shrimp were lightly battered and crisp. Very well done. The Boom Boom sauce provided just the right amount of kick and was on point. I highly recommend this place as everything I've had here has been outstanding.

Food, Service, Quality and Consistency are always on point here. Whether you sit on the beautiful patio and listen to live music on a Sunday Afternoon or you eat inside and enjoy picking songs from the jukebox it is always a great time. Today I had the pleasure of having Shawna, Courtney, and Britney as my bartenders. They are such a great team. I had the breaded Fried Green tomatoes with goat cheese and basil with a balsamic glaze. It was super delicious. Memories Calamari and Wings are a staple in the Mount Airy area. The Oranges Crushes So refreshing and delicious. Thank you all as always

great service and food, the waitress, Emily was an amazing waitress and made the atmosphere a 10/10 restaurant to be. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced meal.

I came here with my family and had an okay experience. I got the Santa fe Salad with the cajun ranch. Beware the cajun ranch is pretty spicy but I like that. The problem is when I received my salad, it had look like it had been sitting out. The chicken was luke warm, almost cold. The lettuce had become wilted where the chicken and pico was laying. You also maybe get 10 beans and a few pieces of corn. Once, they brought my salad back it was the same wilted salad bowl just now with the chicken thrown in the microwave. I could've made a better salad at home unfortunately. The crab dip was pretty good though, just a lot of bread more than dip. Also, I understand a char on bread but this just looks sad.

    Get the salmon BLT!!

Not to be dramatic but their salmon BLT was probably top 3 best sandwiches I've ever had. The actual place is cool - sit down dining area, huge bar area and outdoor seating. Staff was fast and friendly. I would definitely come back.

I ordered fish and chips $12 for 2 mrs Paul's pieces of fish. Not worth it at all. So much for supporting the local restaurant during Covid.

Wife, daughter and myself first had three games in the alley, which went by at good time for three games. But the real treat was when some of the customers exited this little eatery as we bowled, we couldn't help but smell the food being served just behind us on the furthest end of the alleys. When we came inside, Michelle had greeted us pleasantly, and asked if I needed a chair moved as I was in a wheelchair, but the tables were perfect height and had no trouble at all getting a place to eat. ^^ A few other people were dotted around different seats as multiple TVs played various sports, as we started looking on the menus of what was making our mouths water. My daughter ordered the Nashville Hot Shrimp, Wife had the chilli, and decided to get a small speciality pizza, Ham with fig sauce ... ?... I decided to get a bowl of the creame of crab soup and sweet tea. Food took a small while to make, but when it came out, it was AMAZING. The soup was in a wide styled bowl with crackers, and no lie. It was perfect. Then my wife had started on her chilli, and she said it was exactly how her mom used to make it from North Carolina, it was THAT Good. Daughter had started on her hot shrimp and was happily bouncing in her seat as she loved the heat and the taste. Then when me and wife got done with the bowls of OMG Goodness, then she offered me a piece of her pizza, and I tell you, I NEVER Had such an outstanding combination on a pizza before as I had here. It was a white flat bread pizza, and the ham was perfect with crisp edges, but the best part was the sweet fig sauce. It was perfectly balanced with the salty meat and the sweet drizzled sauce on top. Michelle came by and asked how we were doing, and she just smiled as we told her how good the food was. She had let us know the menu was changing, and thanked us for letting her know what we liked, hopefully they will keep our choices on those menus, as they will be choices we will definitely order again, the next time we head there for bowling. So please, when you get food there at Alley Oops, tell Michelle how good your choices they are, and see when they change the menu, they keep the choices on. I couldn't recommend this food eatery place highly enough, as seeing how excellent the food is, and Michelle's pleasant personality made the day for us. We WILL be back again... ^^ Cheers and God Bless... Deaf Gryphon ^^

We got there ariund 4pm on a Saturday. It was 4th of July, but we were able to find street parking. And because it was a holiday, we didn't have to pay for parking! When we walked in, the bar was prettyfull, but there were plenty of high tops by the bar that were open. They have 3 TVs set up in the bar area, playing the soccer games. We got there at the perfect time. Our server came and took our drink orders. I went with a classic guava margarita, which I really enjoyed. We ordered tacos, carne and birria and the mixed pupusas. Everything was really good with great flavor. I was very impressed. We stayed for most of the game, and it got pretty busy. They also have a dining area in the back, which also has tvs set up. This was our first time here, as on prior occasions we found the line too daunting. We were surprised when another 4:15pm patron was led to their reserved table, but we learned that their planning and caution was well-founded. We discovered the popularity of Bolder to be well-deserved. Seeking lite fare for an early dinner, calorie conscious, we both navigated the tempation-filled menu with success. We thoroughly enjoyed the bison burger and turkey club, the latter being sufficiently sample for a split lunch the next day too. Service was rock-solid and very efficient. We definitely hope to be back soon. And we will make a reservation. Dress code is casual.

It's a little bit off 70, but not bad. First off, this restaurant has an incredibly oversized parking lot. Maybe the restaurant has areas I didn't see, but I was a little bemused. Inside, it's decorated a bit like an old lady house with country accents. It's welcoming and nice, if a little old. I was seated and served quickly. My waitress was great. I ordered French onion soup and a bison burger with sweet potato fries. The French onion soup came out first. It had a huge layer of cheese on top, but it tasted like white cheddar. The soup itself was good at first but started getting bitter. I discovered a huge bay leaf in it. That explains that. Guys, leaving a bay leaf hidden in French onion soup is a violation of Article 35(2) of the Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions. My sweet potato fries were seasoned with a chipotle cinnamon blend. It was weirdly sweet and clashed with the burger. I didn't care for it and honestly feel like if you're going to season with something weird, you should be abundantly clear. The burger was a disappointment. It was fairly basic. It was cooked right, but every so often I would get a burst of salt. I suspect the meat was salted and not well mixed. My burger, fries, and side of soup came to over $40. I am honestly being more critical of them because of that. At that price point, I expect REALLY good, not salt pockets, a left-in bay leaf, and weird seasonings.
