My visit was a 50/50 push. I took the empty box up to the register. The clerk couldn't find the item in the lock up. He asked me to step to the side so that d be able to serve the 12 other people lined up behind me. I asked him to see if the person bringing the item up could possibly bring me the required battery. He directed me to the back of the store. Someone else came to the front and found the item in the lockup behind the counter. I asked him for the battery and he too, tried to send me to the back of the store. Once the original clerk had the first item in hand, he actually jogged to the back of the store and got me the battery. Good luck with that Amazon :)

I have photographs to prove my television was still fixable before pick up but they refused to help. I am at the point where Scott, a manager, has been claiming he will return my call for two weeks. My original Warranty Claim was made on May 12, it is now August 4. I am at the point where I will need to file a complaint with the Ministry of Public and Business Services as they are illegally operating their warranty service and taking advantage of customers, this is clear from many new reviews posted. Visions does not participate in BBB as they have too many outstanding complaints to deal with, which I recently was informed. Shop elsewhere, I hear Costco has integrity and honours their warranty.

I recently had occasion to revive a vintage Marantz Receiver that had been in storage for 47 years. Following my failed attempts to get it operating again, I dropped it off at B-Tronics. Not only were they able to completely rebuild and bring the classic old-school amp back to life - and to original specifications - Marius also designed and fabricated a custom Automatic Speaker Switch Module, for me. Not available on the market, the device allows remote switching between two independent, dedicated amplified sound systems-- that is, my Yamaha home theatre, multi-channel surround sound system, and my vintage Marantz quadraphonic receiver. Its always great to see that our society still has positive actions during difficult times!!…read more As we found out from visiting this London Drugs, there is a section within the store that carries and highlight products from local small retail outlets that is forced to close down due to the Covid-19 Lockdown, the aim here is to help these stores have a little bit of exposure even though there stores are closed. I also found there are more local made products within the store so as to support local producers, yes, the price maybe a bit higher then national brands, but if we all chip in and help buy local, we are helping our society to recover faster! I hope my thinking is right?! Btw, staffs here are all very helpful and kind too!
