I'm very pleased with my repair. My car cassette/radio was getting red hot and had lost the 2 rear channels. It had been passed over for fixing by the manufacturer in California as being too old. Lee at Tech One analyzed the problem was able to diagnose the problem quickly and and repair the unit for less than the cost of a new radio, one that would no longer provide me the feature to play my archaic cassette collection. DVD/CD Player repair. Not reading the discs. This technician is truly an expert in this field. My Integra 6 disc combination player is no longer made. In fact, the Integra brand was spun out of Onkyo. Neither company was of any help. Mr. Lee found the exact replacement part in China! I installed it yesterday and both CD and DVD functions worked like new. I am so happy he repaired it at a reasonable cost. Furthermore, he is an extremely nice guy with over 30 years experience. The power jack on our laptop was no longer working, so after removing the mother board I realized the removal and resoldering of a replacement jack was beyond my skills.
