BLOWN AWAY!! I…read morecouldn't be happier with my experience at this paint and body shop. From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and delivered exactly what they promised--on time and with outstanding results. What impressed me most wasn't just the quality of the work, but the integrity of the people behind it. They took the time to walk me through the shop, show me vehicles currently in progress, and explain their repair and paint processes. Seeing the attention to detail firsthand gave me a real appreciation for the craftsmanship that goes into their work. They also showed me the high-quality materials they use, including PPG paint products, which reinforced their commitment to doing things the right way rather than taking shortcuts. In today's world, it's hard to find businesses that combine exceptional workmanship with genuine honesty and transparency. This team does exactly that. If you're looking for a body shop that delivers great results and treats customers with respect, you can trust these folks to take care of you and your vehicle. Highly recommended.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this one is well deserved…read more I decided to save some money and try a DIY paint job on my blue F-150. Let's just say it turned out much worse than when I started. The paint looked dull, cloudy, and nothing like I had hoped. After realizing I was in over my head, I reached out to Frank on Facebook just to get a few estimates. Within minutes, Frank called me, asked about the truck, and even came to my house to look at it in person. He took the time to explain exactly what went wrong, what it would take to fix it, and what I could realistically expect. He never tried to oversell me or pressure me. His honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer service are what earned my business that same day. What impressed me even more was that once he started repairing my DIY mistake, he discovered it required more work than he originally expected. Even so, he honored the original quote without hesitation. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. I got my truck back the very same day, and I honestly couldn't be happier. The blue paint is a perfect match, the finish is deep and glossy, and you can't tell where the repair ends and the original paint begins. It looks factory new. If you're considering having paint or body work done, do yourself a favor and call Frank first. I learned the hard way that sometimes DIY ends up costing more in the long run, but thankfully I found someone who truly cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend him and won't hesitate to use him again.

*third update: Sonny the liar continues to harass me on Yelp after my review. None the less, I will…read morecontinue to update you all on the progress of my suit. I have him on record saying he would refund me, and he is now frustrated because I have exposed him for being an unprofessional liar. I have nothing to gain here, just want to help others save money and time and the peace of mind when bringing someone to your home. I feel violated and discriminated against and willing to invest time and money to stop this type of treatment from continuing. I also have sent a complaint to the better business Bureau, and will continue to post on social media until justice is served. Feel free to reach out to me before working with this scam artist. *second update: if you want to see how this unprofessional liar does their customers who paid over $1000 for a unfinished service? Look at his responses to my review. His professionalism or lack there of speaks for hisself. My BMW is ruined because of him. Take my advice. Go to a professional with integrity. I've never posted anything like this on Yelp before, but his customer service was so disgusting I have to warn others, especially of certain ethnicities. Do not invite him to your home. Do not let him touch your property. Especially if you have a luxury vehicle. Will update you throughout my legal process and I've already been reached out to by a potential customer for more info on my encounter. So keep reaching out to me. Happy to give my number to anyone who is interested. Let's protect each other *update. The person who serviced me is a liar and rather send a chat gpt response then to call me after ruining my yard, drive way, and robbing me promising a refund. Read his chat gpt response and read my authentic experience and judge for yourself. But the racism and blatant unprofessionalism was the worst I've ever experienced. Sonny left before even finishing the job and said he would just refunded me, but scammed me for a cash payment. I also will be taking legal action and will update this post and on social media throughout. But do not let yourself be scammed. Go to a professional. Feel free to reach out to me about the below experience. one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I hired this company to repair paint/body damage on my vehicle at my home, paid more than $1,000, and walked away extremely disappointed with both the quality of the work and the way I was treated. From the beginning, communication was unprofessional. On the day of the repair, I specifically explained that I had an important commitment and asked whether the work would be completed before 5:00 PM. I was told it would be. The job ended up dragging close to 6:00 PM, and only after the work was done was I told that I should not drive the vehicle until the next morning and should not wash it for several days. That information should have been disclosed before the job started. I was also told beforehand that the repair would not be 100%, which I understood and accepted. However, the main area I hired them to fix is still clearly visible, and in my opinion there is very little meaningful improvement considering what I paid. The experience became even worse toward the end. After I asked for an update because I was already running late, the technician became frustrated and told me he would "just give me a refund" and leave. That was before the larger disagreement even occurred. He ultimately left, and the company has since refused to honor that refund. There were also materials left around the work area, and during the process a container was run over, leaving a stain on my driveway. I was extremely unhappy with the condition my property was left in. The technician and company have since tried to characterize me as threatening because I was visibly frustrated and told him we could handle the dispute however he wanted to handle it. I completely reject the implication that I threatened violence. This was a business dispute over a service I was unhappy with. What frustrates me most is that instead of trying to resolve the situation, the response I received was essentially a long explanation of why everything was my fault. I paid a significant amount of money expecting professional service, clear communication, and a meaningful repair. I do not believe I received any of those things. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company: * Get every expectation in writing beforehand. * Get the completion time and post-repair driving/washing restrictions in writing. * Photograph your vehicle and property before and after the work. * Do not assume a verbal promise of a refund will be honored. I have photos, payment records, and written communications documenting my experience. I believe this treatment is racially motivated and I will be taking the proper measures. I would not use this company again, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

When I brought my car to Magic Touch, they took the time to inspect it and honestly told me I didn't need a new assembly at all--only the mirror glass needed to be replaced. They fixed it quickly, saved me hundreds of dollars, and everything works perfectly. It's hard to find a shop that's this honest and knowledgeable. They could have easily charged me for unnecessary repairs, but instead they did exactly what was needed. The quality of their work and their integrity really stood out. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back here for anything, big or small. Highly recommend!

This is going to be long, but if you're considering taking your vehicle here, you should read it…read more I'm being detailed because I genuinely hope it prevents someone else from going through what I did. Thankfully, I also work for many law firms that deal with car wrecks so they know where NOT to send their clients. I've taken my car to this shop for three separate accidents over the years. The first two were mostly body damage repairs and I had no major issues. The third accident, a front-end collision in September 2025, turned into an absolute nightmare. Between September 2025 and May 2026, I had to bring my car back FIVE separate times for the exact same unresolved issues. Eventually, I gave up and took my car elsewhere because Magic Touch still had not properly repaired it and almost caused my insurance company to total the vehicle until I canceled the claim to avoid that. The biggest issue involved my AC system. I repeatedly told them something was still wrong, but instead of actually finding the leak, they kept refilling the refrigerant and sending me on my way. Because of that negligence, my compressor eventually failed and the casing cracked -- despite the compressor only being a little over a year old. Out of those five return visits, they reimbursed my rental car twice after I complained about continuously paying out of pocket because I don't have another vehicle. One visit, they even handed me Visa gift cards after again failing to fix the issue. It honestly felt less like customer service and more like, "We're tired of dealing with you." I also have recordings from my last drop-off. In one, the owner, Brody, points at my car and asks, "What's up with that?" When another employee says, "The AC is having problems again," Brody responds, "Nah, f**k that," while complaining about my car being back again. Maybe if the issue had been fixed the first time, it wouldn't have kept coming back. Every time I returned, I was treated more like an inconvenience than a customer simply asking them to fix the same unresolved problem. Eventually, they had to involve the shop across the street because they couldn't figure it out themselves. One employee texted me the quote from that shop, then later sent me (after I asked the next day) another estimate that was literally DOUBLE what they had originally been told, because "if they denied it then they still had room to cover repairs" is what the text message from the shop said -- and that inflated estimate had already been sent to the insurance company. When the insurance company later contacted me to say they were considering totaling my car, I sent them all the text messages, recordings, and estimates I had received. The adjuster literally told me they were confused because insurance had ended up covering damage that the shop itself may have contributed to through negligence by failing to locate the leak when I originally reported it. The adjuster even used the words "insurance fraud" -- not me. At that point, I took my car elsewhere to a shop that has done major repairs for me before. I'm now paying around $3,400 out of pocket just to finally have my vehicle repaired correctly. To make things even worse, the new shop discovered that Magic Touch had replaced my radiator after the wreck and apparently NEVER added coolant. I brought my car there six total times, including immediately after the accident, and somehow nobody noticed the coolant reservoir was empty? That repair is now being added to my bill along with an expansion valve replacement. You can call me a liar if you want, but I have endless text messages, recordings, invoices, and documentation to back up every single thing I'm saying. The unfortunate reality is that they seem friendly until they no longer want to deal with your vehicle. Once that happens, you absolutely feel it. The ONLY reason this review is getting two stars instead of one is because the body work itself looked decent.

Bryan was the Tech & he was great. Friendly & easy to talk to. It was a beastly hot day & his company van had air which made me feel better for him. It didn't take long before he was done. I went out to look at his work and couldn't have been more pleased. I'm a woman of a certain age & due diligence before hiring any business. Still I was a bit nervous about how this would go - no worries!!!! This is an excellent business & I couldn't have had a better experience !!! I'd read about other businesses quoting one price & then when finished a different price (higher of course). Not with Bumper Solutions. It was exactly as quoted. My suspicious & nervousness at this made me keep asking if that would be what I would pay. Bless Bryan - he was so patient with me & assured me more than once that would be the price. And of course it was. Highly, highly recommend Bumper Solutions!!

They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors. Highly recommended.
