Then, my AC stopped working altogether, and they diagnosed the problem (blower motor had broken). This week, my freon was again out. They had quoted me $70 to add freon and dye to see where the freon was leaking from, with the cost to the repair the leak TBD based on where it's coming from. Well, Priuses apparently cannot have dye, so instead, they added freon and listened to the system to see where it might be leaking from. Needless to say, it was a longer process than had they used dye. When I went to pick up the car, they told me where the leak was coming from. I chose not to fix it, but I still had to pay them for their work and for adding freon. Instead of the $70 he quoted me, he only charged me $50. I did not ask for a discount, but I appreciated the service and the value. Next time my car needs a repair, I will not hesitate to bring it to All Auto.

I had nothing but attitude from the moment I arrived. The service advisor, whose name I can't recall, nor do I wish to recall, was so nasty from the second I met him. I have no idea why. He argued with me and was combative about issues that were up to State Farm. Two different times I took my car there and paid out of pocket for rentals but nothing was done. They never called me to tell me what the State Farm adjuster said, just silently kept my car while I continued to pay for a rental. Very annoying experience, totally unprofessional, even the manager. I definitely won't be back. Ever.

Submitted estimate with insurance and they set up appt to drop off car the next day. Unfortunately I was assigned TC as my "service" rep. He immediately said that it was customer pay? But insurance accepted liability. He said we got a "customer pay" estimate and not an insurance claim estimate. I was only instructed to get an estimate from the insurance company. He said I had previous damage on my door, which I did and was upfront with the girl that hit me, her insurance, and the first guy at Caliber that gave me my estimate. TC then told me that he will have to have "his guy" come for a new estimate. And they wouldn't do repair unless I paid for door damage. I said there was some door damage from accident. He said he will talk to "his guy". I asked what he estimated the door damage would cost me to repair if it wasn't covered. He said probably $2000-$2500 and they wouldn't do any work unless it was done. The original estimate from them included the door, which was $270 plus labor which would have been at the most $1000 (and that apparently was customer pay). I called insurance adjuster and had a conference call with TC. They made it clear that they would cover damage even if there was previous damage and TC just needed to submit the insurance estimate. 3 days passed. I called TC and asked when "his guy" was going to do the new estimate. He said he talked to him 20 mins ago but he failed to ask if or when he was coming. Friday at 5, I had enough. I wouldn't let TC or this shop do any work on my car even if they paid me for it. I went to pick up my car. TC said I couldn't have my car until next week because they had cars parked behind it in the shop. I said I want my car. Then he says he found out an hour before "how to write the estimate". No call to me or insurance. No estimate done. Just excuses. He was just going to hold my car hostage for the weekend and think of new excuses to try and get "customer pay" money from me other than "insurance money". I told him to get my car and I'm going elsewhere. He kept saying I couldn't have MY car. He finally said take a seat it's going to be awhile. Seriously? All TC is good for is excuses. I've used other Caliber locations with no issues. Obviously this location has a TC service problem.
