We sent our selections and ordered from their vendors within a month of Signing the contract for them to start the work in Jan/Feb. We were told it would take about 3 month for completion at the most but we understand things happen. Prior to signing contract They told us to visit intermittently, when work is being done just in case corrections are needed, we have brought things to their attention and no corrections have been addressed.. So after code enforcement put citation on our house for their lack of filing proper permits we visited the office and were told In June ,there was only about 2 weeks worth of work was left to be completed. November we are still waiting. And apparently so are many other Memphians that use this company.
