He didn't just drop it off--he set it up, made sure the sheets were on, added a fall pad, and ensured everything was ready and safe for her arrival. When our ordered bed comes in, he'll even swap it out seamlessly. Customer service like this is almost unheard of anymore, but not here. Well, you know what happens, you always forget something obvious you overlooked. In my case it was the needles for my insulin pen. It was very important that I take my insulin everyday and forgetting the was a concern, but I was in a large city and thought it would be fairly easy to find them. Well, I was wrong. As soon as I realized I forgot to pack the needles, I went on the search to get some. Believing it was a simple task of running down to a drug store. I was wrong, again. I spent the next day and a half scouring Sin City looking for the needles I desperately needed. I was about to give up and drive home when I luckily ran across Las Vegas Pharmacy. These guys not only saved my vacation, but pretty much saved my life. When I called them and explained my situation they took action. They had the needles for my pen, something the rest of the city was out of stock of. The price was more than half off of what I would've paid at a national drugstore. That was a big shock to me, a pleasant one at that. They took my order and we arranged them to be delivered. The hotel, which will remain nameless, forgot to let me know I had received the delivery. I immediately assumed that it was the pharmacy's fault and didn't deliver them when I hadn't received them at the agreed upon time. I was supposed to get them by 5:30 PM, but at 7:00 I still hadn't received them. By now I was both frantic and furious. I was going to have to miss another dose and pretty much end my visit. I got on the phone and called the pharmacy but they had already closed for the evening. I was able to leave a voice mail. I laid into them for not delivering the needles. What happened next will explain why Las Vegas Pharmacy deserves 5 stars. A few minutes of leaving a rather spiteful voicemail, I received a call from the pharmacy. They assured me that the delivery had occurred. I mistakenly did not believe them, for I had called down to the front desk many times to check if the delivery had come. The representative for the pharmacy swore the delivery was made. He even went as far as calling the delivery driver to get the time it was delivered as well as the hotel staff's name who had signed for them. That blew my mind and made me switched my blame from the pharmacy to the hotel. Armed with my overwhelming evidence that the delivery indeed had been made, I went to the front desk of the hotel. At first they were adamant that no such delivery was made. But when I started dropping names and times their tune immediately changed. Needless to say they were able to find them and tried to blame the pharmacy for not delivering the needles directly to me in my room. Yeah, you can figure out for yourself where the logic in that lies. So I was wrong multiple times. Blaming the pharmacy was unfair to them so I thought I'd set the record straight. Las Vegas Pharmacy is an amazing company. Their prices are fantastic, their service is truly beyond question. Seriously, way beyond question. Not only did they save my vacation money, they really did save my life. Bottom line, Las Vegas Pharmacy is a company that's worthy of your business. If ever you're in Las Vegas and find yourself needing pharmaceutical items. Save yourself sometime and money and visit them first. If you're not in Vegas, they ship out to anywhere. DO NOT use this business! This business was referred by my mother's home health care service. My…read moremother needs a suction machine and Vegas Medical suppose to delivered on a scheduled day. I spoke with Stephanie who is in charge of durable medical equipment, said we will deliver the machine on the following Monday. I told her that hospice will be picking up the suction machine on that Monday. Please be sure to have it delivered. My mother needs it. Stephanie said no problem. Comes Monday, by 4:15 pm Stephanie called and left me a message said, we got the machine in today and have not had time label it, so we will deliver it tomorrow. I got the message at 4:45pm and had to call her. Her attitude was very nonchalant which was very different from the rist time I spoke to her about getting the suction machine. At that time she was very pleasant and caring and assured me that the machine will be delivered on Monday. When talking to her re machine not being delivered and she pushed back. I got really upset and told her that my mother chokes on her own phlegm, especially at night. If anything should happen to her tonight I will hold you responsible! So, reluctantly Stephanie called and made arrangement for delivery at 6pm. Incident 2: Wednesday afternoon at 2:18 pm Stephanie called and left a message and said, my mom's wheelchair will be delivered the next day (Thursday) between 10 -1 pm. I got home from work at 4:45pm on Thursday and asked the caregiver if the chair was delivered. It WAS NOT delivered. I called Vegas Medical and the woman who answered the call said Stephanie is gone and I can call and talk to her tomorrow. There is nothing she can do and the chair will be delivered tomorrow. OF COURSE the CHAIR WILL be delivered tomorrow, since the chair was delivered today. The service from this business is AWFUL!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! Just imagine if you or your love ones should depend on their equipment for survival or to live. You can count on them not be there.
