Was craving frozen yogurt and decided to go to Menchie's. It is a franchise yogurt place that you would be able to find all over the States and l have been to a couple different Menchie's location across the State in the past so I had some expectation before walking in. However, the flavor options were very limited compared to the other Menchie's and yogurt places, which was disappointing. However, the flavor was at least consistent. Menchie's always seems so alluring but ends up being just okay. Their froyo flavors are usually middle of the road, but I will give them credit for offering vegan flavors. My main disappointment is the toppings. The majority of their toppings are chocolate, candy, and nuts. As someone that loves cereal toppings, I wish they'd offer them because it provides other opportunities for flavor combos. All of the people made us realize there wasn't a lot of seating available...only enough for like maybe 6 ppl total. They have outside seating as well but when we were there it was raining.. They always have sample cups out for you to try on your own.. this iss slightly different from other froyo sample cups bc menchies allows the e customer to get their oops sample, thus, I try more samples. vs other places, where the employee fills samples for you It's pretty creamy and really good but it does melt much faster than I'd like. They have a pretty decent toppings bar but sometimes they change toppings without you knowing like one time I was craving the cookie dough pieces but didn't realize they didn't have them that day until I already filled my cup. They also sometimes have waffle cones, which might cost extra...but sometimes their waffle cones are chewy... once I asked if they had any fresh ones coming and they just made me a new one.. Their froyo choices are pretty decent and seasonal. Idk how they choose which froyo flavors to put out when but they've always had a chocolate out and a vanilla out,, regardless the season.. It has name brand yogurt flavors like Dole Whip pineapple and Oreo cheesecake, along with the typical flavors you see at yogurt chains. They have quite a few toppings for you to choose, and they are all neatly kept in boxed containers. I like this more than the open concept that Mochi has. I feel like there are way less germs getting into these toppings this way. I really like this store because they are not stingy with the sample cups or hover over you when you are testing flavors (like Yogurtology). The location may be small, but it's not cramped. There is plenty of parking. They have deals like free waffle cones on Wednesday and a reward program. This location also has a freezer section where you can get pints of yogurt to take home and frozen yogurt cakes. I've never seen frozen yogurt cakes before, but they looked a lot like ice cream cakes. I'm guessing they probably taste a lot like ice cream cakes as well but may melt faster. This Menchie's has several promotions throughout the year, including BOGO! I've been here a few times for these deals, and am pleasantly surprised every time. The interior is brightly decorated with pink and green highlights, and the frozen yogurt dispensers are lined along the back. They have sample cups laid out for customers to use. Usually, I don't have an issue with the flavors that they have, but they do lack consistency. They've only had their "dole whip" flavor once during my visits, but the posters are always on the wall. However, I'm satisfied with their other flavors, ranging from fruity to sweets. Their topping bar expands across the left side of the store, which includes a variety of crushed up candies, fresh fruit, sauces, etc. I really like their whip cream - it's heavier than the ready-whip that is sprayed out of a can. Moreover, they have, in my opinion, special toppings like cheesecake bites, chocolate rocks, mochi, and popping boba. As for the price, my bowls are always around $4; it fills up the cup about half way. With BOGO, that's only $2 each! As for the service, only one employee is usually working; I haven't interacted with them much, besides checking out. I did receive another BOGO coupon before, which was nice. They have limited seating, and the table aren't always clean, but it's not a big deal to hang outside with a nice bowl of froyo! read more

Went to Menchie's for the first time with my sister and her kids. I tried the pistachio flavor and I was sold immediately! My sister and her kids got the pineapple and pink lemonade flavors which were also very good! There were also a lot of topping choices to choose from. I'm telling you now, get the Marshmallow sauce! Period. The location itself is a bit small, but they do have some indoor and outdoor seating available. It wasn't crowded when we went, so that wasn't an issue. We were told by the one girl working that they only had 2 flavors of yogurt, Pistachio and Pineapple because of waiting for their delivery truck. Average frozen yogurt. Anytime I go to a new frozen yogurt place I get the original tart with strawberries just to compare it with other places. It was alright but not amazing. The girl at the counter was nice but there was a little confusion with the waffle cones. She said the waffle cones were free that day. I filled my yogurt and then asked her for a waffle cone. She said it was only free if I added it to my cup prior to filling my yogurt. I'm confused..... doesn't that mean I actually am paying for it if it's added to the weight of my yogurt?? This bar is clean and compact and customer-friendly. A sampling area is set and staged begging the customers to feel free to figuring out whatever you would like. The yogurt was delicious yet again and when I saw the little children's artwork and coloring book contributions on displayed on the wall it touched my heart. Came here for the first time due to a "kids in costume receive a free froyo". It wasn't just kids. Several college kids came in with costumes or even just a Halloween themed headband. I just had a headband just for fun and was about to pay for mine when the ladies said "no all free". We sampled the flavors and each found ours that we liked. Kids always enjoy choosing and scooping their own toppings. Many toppings and sauces to choose from. Kids kept their spoons to eat ice cream at home. They loved the froyo and maybe back one day. I've been to Menchies countless times. When I went to this particular location, the girl at the front was serving the yogurt for us. Understandable, due to Covid these are the precautions they're taking. She told me I can have a free topping, I picked one out. Upon checking out she packs everything and weighs it, without me noticing. My husband tells me after the fact that she weighed everything. The plastic lid, the bag, the napkin, the spoon, and the"free" topping. I don't like feeling scammed. Won't be coming here again. This place is cute, clean, and easy to get around. They switch up the flavors often so if you ever see one that you love, you better get it that day! Also, I love how they have the sample cups there, just so you can truly make your decision of which one you want before you fill your cup with any of it, no regrets there! Really great variety of pretty delicious frozen yogurt flavors and just about any topping you can dream of. We especially liked how clean it is and that the employees are always super friendly. There are frozen yogurt places out there that insist on having the employees serve up samples instead of just allowing customers to do it themselves...but Menchie's leaves you alone, doesn't hover, and it's overall a great experience. Went to Menchie's last night with a friend for national frozen yogurt day, they had buy one get one free yogurt. We went around 9:30 pm and it was busy but very manageable. They had almost all of their flavors stocked (especially loved the Reese's and the Oreo PB! But I also love a classic vanilla that I can put any topping on!). Additionally, all of the toppings were stocked and the cashier was nice despite how busy they were and I'm sure he was tired, but he kept a smile for the customers.
