The store was really clean, which I especially appreciate at a "make it yourself" type of place ! I really liked the additional special seasonal flavors that were there. Both times I went the staff was very respectful and attentive! My only tiny problem is some of the fro yo kinda taste like cleaning supplies, it didn't encompass the whole flavor but it was definitely there as an aftertaste. From the moment we walked in the staff was very inviting. It was extremely busy, but the line moved swiftly and as soon as the ice cream needed filing the staff was very quick to refill the machine. I appreciated that as it shows how much they care for their customers. Besides the frozen yogurt, you can choose from tons of different toppings. For example, they have candy to fruit to syrup or hardening syrup to give you the full experience. I chose the caramel and coconut and paired with Reeses not too sweet but just a hint of sugar. They have seating enough to be inside or outside, especially if you come with the kiddos. The place was very clean and very decorative. The kids can even draw on their chalkboard for kids. This could be excusable if we were in the middle of nowhere, but with a Kroger right around the corner you could reasonably expect an employee to run over there and get a bottle of chocolate syrup or something to make up for shortages. Toppings is fresh and prepared in mini cups already keeps it mess free and nut allergy free. Came here for the first time with a friend on an early Sunday evening after developing a mean froyo craving. I was finally getting over a cold and was hoping to bypass the dairy and wasn't sure if it would be a possibility. I was so happy they had some yummy non-dairy options! In fact, they had A LOT of yummy options period! I found their labeling and coding to be extremely helpful too! A little picture of a cow-like image crossed out to indicate non-dairy and such...cute. I loved how organized and clean everything was too. Many of their toppings were covered to maintain freshness. They have a cool enclosed room reserved for kids and little parties, and they also have additional indoor and outdoor seating. You can sign up for reward points by providing your phone number too! I did not know what to expect in this place since I have not been a heavy eater of frozen yogurt but for a person sitting inside his car with his kids the cheery ambiance made a definite invite. Upon entrance the nice little lady ask if you have been there before, if you havn't, she will then explain the procedure on what to do. As somebody else in their review mentioned which is to the point "Take cup, fill it with your choice of frozen yogurt, add toppings, take to counter, pay, enjoy". I also must add it was .51 cents an ounce. The place is very clean, the strip center that it is in seems pretty new and clean, the price is decent and the parking is ample. I recently got introduced to "popping boba" in a Bellaire place and was happy to find this here as well. Future visits are on the list, excellent place to take your kids. read more

On Saturday, we came in hoping for the same good results we have been receiving years now. It was very disappointing to see and experience how far this location has come down to. It's 6:03pm on 6/15/22 the shift leader is the main reason I'm writing this...ruined our experience to where we will be going out of our way to another menchies...my mom and my daughter wanted to enjoy time together and chose this place while they were ready to pay...a family of about 10 came in and MADE MY MOM WAIT to pay for the "mother to pay for 10 people" like she was vip or something...the family which were still making their bowls btw ...the shift leader told my mom to wait and started speaking Spanish to the other woman...which both had a attitude towards my family all for asking to pay since they were ready and they weren't...my mother and daughter were polite and didn't say anything but I will say something...I politely told her that's not how customer service works and she tried to give a excuse instead of just apologizing...unacceptable and if it continues I'm sure sales will still be going down here just from experiences like this read more

Manger is making it right with my points. The Menchies is very clean, and spacious. The bathrooms are really clean as well. The toppings are very organized and very clean and fresh. The frozen yogurt has a very wide range of flavors, and I love the fact that they have little cups so we can samples beforehand. I love the fact that they have the little room to the side for Birthdays, but we use it because we have little kids and it keeps them from running around in the main part of the place. read more

They were a little short on options, but the yogurt was good. The store smelled of restrooms. If you know what I mean, and the customer service was AWFUL! We checked out at 8:15 and there wasn't a table available big enough for 5, so we stood around a 4 seater until the one table in the establishment that seated 5 became available. It was in the side room. We sat there with other families who eventually left and it was just us. Then at 8:35 (25 minutes before closing) a worker came and stood over us and stated "this room is closed". Not that they were closing in 25 minutes, or that they were closing the room after we left, but that the room was closed immediately...as though everyone that had been eating in that room was doing so without permission??? And she stood there hovering and starring as though she expected us to immediately get up and move. Mind you, we weren't finished eating, and there was no other table big enough for us to move to. The worker finally walked back to her station but continued to mean mug us as though she was trying to intimidate us to leave. We had a guest with us so I bit my tongue, we threw away our uneaten yogurt, and left NEVER AGAIN TO RETURN! read more

This location was actually the worst one I've been too. The stations were dirty, it smelled like wet rag, machines were out and the toppings were whatever was left over in the morning I guess. We went in the afternoon, probably a little after two on a Saturday. I've been to Menchie's a few times down town so I was excited to find one out here but...it wasn't up to its usual standards. That being said, it was my bfs first time and he wasn't impressed. We went a while back so I would like to try it again to see if they improved, maybe it was just under staff that day? Great frozen yogurt place with a variety of flavors with an average price. They had all the normal frozen yogurt flavors (chocolate, plain tart, strawberry, cake batter) and they also had a couple sugar free flavors. The kids really liked this location because of all the extra candy toppings. The dining area and bathrooms were clean. The employee did disappear in the back a couple of times for a few minutes each time, but she was very friendly. We will be back when we are in the area. I absolutely love this place. I'm addicted to the tart. My teenage kids like the variety and all the toppings, especially Boba. The staff even encouraged us to sample as many flavors as we wanted before filling our cups. I like that because it can get embarrassing to want to sample all the flavors when you have to "ask" for each sample cup at other places. I can't say enough about the interior and cleanliness... I really like how clean this Menchies is. The yogurt itself is good, the flavors have fun combinations and they have a large selection of toppings. Very kid friendly. I think this place has something that most yogurt places don't, which is the Menchies mascot and a different section for kids to have a party in. I come every Monday with my girls and I haven't seen the cute little Hispanic young lady that always used to work Mondays. My girls loved her and she always found time to clean. I know it can get busy but is it so difficult to clean a table every now and again? Not impressed with their service, I feel like the management has been too relaxed about running this place. They also rush to close, which I understand but is also a bit rude to kick me out of the little room an hour before closing. But I love the cake batter. And my girls can't get enough of the froyo.
