We went there around 3pm on a busy Saturday. Several flavors were completely out. 1/2 were dripping and no ice cream came out. They only had a total of maybe 10 flavors. So we could only use 2-3. On top of that the place looks nasty. The floor was filthy with topping and dirty. The counters were dirty. No one was actively doing anything to fix any of these things. Nice kids. really wanted froyo after work. I work close in the shopping center and got off earlier this day. Website say open until 10pm. so tell me why the hell the doors were locked at 9:10?? I get closing like maybe 10 minutes before actually closed, but a damn near hour?? not my first bad experience with this place either. staff is rude and unattentiv. Sadly this please has not been kept clean the last few times we have been here. Today they had 4 yogurts that were not working. The "fresh fruit" strawberries and pineapple was very old and brown looking. Not sure I will be back again. Which is sad because my kids love it. I can't handle a not clean place though read more

The atmosphere is great. The frozen decorated cakes are lovely. I've tried vanilla, chocolate, dark chocolate, cherry and lavender. All wonderful. The staff are nice and helpful. read more

I love the frozen yogurt here. Lot's of toppings options, not terribly expensive and pretty good. The Tart flavor is the best, and they also have açaí in the back if you ask for it, it's the best I've had, but it's pretty decent. read more

I saw some older reviews that made me wonder if this was a good place, but it was indeed. The cashier was friendly and explained how everything worked. Their self-serve bar was kept clean, and everything was fresh. My son and I made sundaes with berries and chocolate, respectively. Their frozen yogurt was delicious! read more

We visited the Orchard Town Center location in Westminster on the last day of school. The place was packed and there was only one attendant. A few of the flavors were out, but that's not surprising as the cashier was busy with orders. She is the reason I'm posting a five star review. When I went to pay, I discovered my wallet wasn't in my purse or in my car. Menchies doesn't accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, Venmo, etc. The cashier, Harley M, paid for my order and I wrote HER a check! Had I not applied for a passport earlier that day, I'd never have a checkbook with me. Harley took a huge leap of faith, went above and beyond, and continued ringing up customers while remaining calm with everyone. Menchies may not have their business model together, but Harley's customer service was phenomenal and she is an asset to their corporation. read more

Super disappointing. We recently moved from out of state and loved our local Menchies. This location was terrible though. At 9:30 on a Saturday night they had KidzBop pop music playing so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. No one was wearing any sort of uniform or name tag to indicate that they worked there. Three flavors of frozen yogurt were out. Labels indicated they had chocolate covered strawberries, but there were none available. Signage advertised free yogurt day was last week. My most favorite part of Menchies is the Reese's PB sauce. There was a canister with a pump, but it was empty. Cashier didn't ask if we wanted to use our loyalty points. This store seems to be lacking adult supervision. We'll try the other location in Thornton next time. Hopefully results will be better. read more

(Your cloth mask you reuse every day isn't doing anything for you either) Refusing service seems like a good way to stay open, especially during these times. Customer service is horrible. As a former Menchie's shift lead I'm disappointed in the service I received from this store. I came in with my boyfriend after a movie, I just wanted to check out the store because I enjoyed my time working at Menchie's. It is nostalgic for me to visit a store. It was 8 o'clock, so your store closed in an hour. I don't know how you allow your employees to close, but my manager did not allow us to start closing the front until at least 30 minutes before closing time. Both of your employees had the furniture put away, floors already mopped, the first machine already being cleaned while there were still customers getting their bowls, and some toppings were already put away. I'm not happy that my favorite flavor was too low for me to get anything, and it was not the machine being clean, and I just really wanted some whipped cream, but it was already taken out. I was just really expecting better service. read more
