I've always loved baskin robbins. There's nothing wrong when you're craving ice cream, and that's exactly what happened this day. My mom and I drove here after doing some walking. 0 stars!!!! Google says they are open till 10. Meanwhile Yelp says they're open till 11 PM. even worse. I have gotten there at 9:15 plenty of times and the doors already locked. The earliest they should be closing is 10 if that's what online says. They do whatever they want there and it's bogus not right to the customer at all. read more

I stopped in here for a nice cool treat on a hot day. The service was fast and friendly. Since samples are not currently allowed, I had to feast with my eyes and determine which one looked the tastiest. I picked Love Potion #31 and it was a raspberry delight! I had a great experience here. I needed a cake for a gluten free birthday girl. They didn't have any pre-made cakes, but they offered to make an ice cream cake w/the frosting ans it was fabulous! They say they can do even more designs w/advanced notice. They give as many samples as you want - which helped me w/picking out a couple of quarts of ice cream too. Staff was helpful and patient. This place is great. I had recently initially ordered an ice cream cake of a size that I thought would be a normal size cake. Come to find out when I went to pick it up, it was not the size that I had wanted, it was smaller. I had asked if I can a bigger size cake, and they were so nice, they said yes. Luckily there was a cake similar to what I had wanted in their freezer, and I decided to go with that one instead. They did not charge me for the original cake I had ordered, thank goodness, as the bigger cake was more expensive. They also were able to write out the message on the cake as to what I had wanted on the original. Thank you for your great customer service, Baskin Robbins. They were were closed at 8:50 pm on December 31, 2020. The sign on the door said they would be open until 10 PM on December 31st. Also, their website said they would stay open until 10 PM Guess they arbitrarily decided to close because it was New Years Eve. Not fair to their customers. read more

This location has pros and it has come. The reason it is only getting 2 stars is because of the price. They ice cream starts at 3.50. I wouldn't normally pay this much for ic3 cream. They don't have Wi-Fi for the guests. Their is only one worker usually working at a time. I just feel bad for the employees. This is not a good location. read more

I have gone in 3 times around 915 on a Saturday night and all 3 times I was told the blenders were sanitizing so they couldn't make shakes. The last time being last night 9/25 when this happened. I have been a loyal customer to this location for 6 years, until now. Will never go again even if I have cash. The store had a glitch in the credit card system, and I was charged 37 times. It is now over 3 months and I have not been reimbursed. The owners told me that they called their CC company and the company had to deal with it and they could not reimburse me. The owners told me that I need to call their CC company they go through for charges and have them fix it. That they have called and worked on it for hours. So, I have had to deal with their CC company, not mine. I have had to dispute it through my CC company and it has been a mess on my CC company side. I have spent hours and hours dealing with this. No follow up from the owners of this Baskin Robbins, they have not offered me anything. Terrible way to treat a customer. You think as a business owner, they would care a little bit more about business. I was charged over $250 for one ice cream cone. Plus daily interest. read more

I went there on 09/03/20 at about 6:30 PM with my family. The three teenage boys working were all polite, courteous, and helpful. They were patient with my young children and made the experience that much better. As always, BR ice cream is top notch. All around great experience, I will be going here again. read more
