Crumbl is insanely good. The flavors are delicious and they are always so fresh and good. This review is unfortunately based on my recent experience ordering cookies. We all got a craving to try that special Dubai cookie which is seriously so over priced bc on top of the already expensive cookie they add $1.99 on that cookie. So we ordered the blueberry muffin, lemonade, and chocolate chip cookie. $35 for 4 cookies with tip... yes that's what I said. Unfortunately, on Saturday evening they must stop making cookies and when people place an order for specific items instead of saying the can't fulfill the order, they just throw whatever they have in a box. We got the muffin cookie, a chocolate cookie, 3 mini iced cookies and 2 slim cookies. I guess they tried but wtf. This isn't what I ordered, it isn't what I wanted and it's not what I paid for. Crumble Cookie does live up to the hype. We ordered a few boxes for the company I work at, and wow were they popular with the team! I tried the regular chocolate chip with sea salt and it was delicious. I will say after finishing a quarter of a cookie I felt like I needed a glass of milk or an entire gallon of water, but it was good. Unfortunately, it gave me a stomachache I think from how sweet it was but that's a me thing. This is definitely a once in a blue moon treat but I was happy with it. read more

The store was extremely dirty the moment I walked in -- counters smeared, floors sticky, and it just felt like no one was paying attention to basic cleanliness. It got worse when I picked up my order: both of my cookie boxes were covered in chocolate fingerprints. Not a smudge... full-on finger streaks all over the packaging. When I politely asked if the boxes could be wiped off or replaced, the manager literally threw me a towel instead of helping. No apology. No offer to swap them out for clean boxes. Nothing. Just tossed a towel like it was my problem to fix. For a place that charges premium prices, the absolute bare minimum should be clean boxes and basic customer service. This location failed at both. Crumbl cookies have been popping up Around town more and more as the latest cookie craze. With new flavors every week wrapped in a pretty pink box, there's always something new to try. They offer milk, water, and mini-cookies as well. The storefronts have their kitchens in full view when you walk in to order. Things look clean, the staff is friendly and you can watch them make cookies while you wait for your order. There is no seating or tables. This is a "grab and go" place. When it comes to Crumbl Cookies, I've had their cookies to-go, at office parties, and even at a wedding. Ordering is easy whether you're using their self-checkout screen or the website. Their system shows you pictures of what is available, so you tap the cookie you want and it is placed in a digital pink box for checkout and you know exactly what you're getting. They offer single cookies, 4-pack, 6-pack, and a 12-pack of cookies. This week I picked up their 6-pack: classic semi-sweet chocolate chip, cinnamon square, strawberry crumb cake, cannoli, cookies and cream, Reese's pieces cookie. They offer standard cookies but on occasion has specially sweets like the cinnamon square and the sandwich-like cannoli cookie. All-in-all the cookies are good. It's hard to pass up chunky chocolate chip. Though sometimes the flavors feel like they under deliver on flavor. I wish their Reese Pieces cookie was as stuffed as their Semi-chocolate chip. The cinnamon square tasted mostly like cream cheese frosting, no cinnamon. The Cannoli cookie was good with a sandwiched filling encrusted with chocolate chips.The Strawberry crumb was lighter than its chocolate counterparts and reminded me of a strawberry short cake. Heads up, a chunk of the flavors taste as though a majority of them use the same cookie "base" which I guess is to be expected from a flavor of the week franchise. Unless it's a flavor that's drastically different like a red velvet cookie or a soft sugar cookies, the bases are pretty similar. If you're looking for something to satisfy your sweet tooth but can't decide what you want, come to Crumbl and try a bunch of stuff. In my overall experience, I recommend their classic chocolate chip or their Berries and Cream cookie when it's available. Eat these fresh for the best experience. read more

I don't have a huge sweet tooth but I have a hard time resisting a good chocolate chip cookie so when my bestie in Denver took me to the the Thornton location and I fell in love. The chilled frosted sugar cookie is like eating a mouthful of joy. I'm salivating just thinking about it. Some of the deliciousness I've had: the caramel apple crumble, birthday cake, double fudge, strawberry cheesecake...just to name a few. The staff are always super friendly and quick and efficient about getting your order out to you. I've purchased in store, online, and via a delivery app and every time I've gotten exactly what I wanted and it's always over-delivered on taste. When the order was to be picked up I received a cancelation notice and was told to contact the store (DoorDash had cancelled my delivery order). I spoke with Angelique and she was absolutely AMAZING! She was patient, helpful, and willing, AND her manners were unbelievable, especially for a young adult nowadays! (Kudos to mom & dad too). She worked with her Managers; Beth and Belle, got a new driver for the delivery, and didn't miss a beat. It may not seem like a big deal, but I don't live in the area and didn't realize the drive was about 18 miles for the delivery. They put me in contact with the driver and everything arrived perfectly! THANK YOU, Angelique, Beth, Belle, and Caroline (DoorDash driver)!
