It was strongly recommended that I try to sell it. When I took it to Morgan's I was looking to see if I could trade it in although I couldn't really afford even a used car. But, Mr. Morgan took one look at it and said he could fix. 4 days later the damaged metal underneath the car had been welded and fixed. At half the price. Morgan's is the best. I've brought it back a couple of more times for far less extensive work and had the same great result. They are very responsible, professional and pleasant.

I received excellent customer service that actually exceeded my expectations. The mechanic that serviced my car -- unclear if he's the owner, but he seemed like he does honest work. Also, it appears that he provides the same high level of customer service to every and anybody that walks in through that door so I respect him for that... good customer service is rare these days. Quoted price was standard for the particular service I received, and he didn't try to upsell anything else.

They were told that it was a timing belt or timing chain which the 2014 is a timing chain. They said the job would be around $4,000 to complete. They took the car to Honda to get a second opinion and it turns out that the recent oil change that took place at a local Tolsdorf had been the issue, the oil plug hadn't been screwed in all the way and it was leaking oil. What a sad display of honesty and horrible inspection for Jeffcoats and company in which they frequently take their cars to for service. This isn't the first time either, I personally had a Toyota that I had taken there and I ran into a similar issue that turned out to be a $4 fix I was able to repair myself. Highly disappointed!
