My 2007 Saturn VUE was well worn when I brought it into Morgan's. The underside of the car had become terribly rusted, unbeknownst to me, and not one mechanic would attempt to repair it, even mechanics who had claimed they could when i called and brought it in. It was strongly recommended that I try to sell it. When I took it to Morgan's I was looking to see if I could trade it in although I couldn't really afford even a used car. But, Mr. Morgan took one look at it and said he could fix. 4 days later the damaged metal underneath the car had been welded and fixed. At half the price. Morgan's is the best. I've brought it back a couple of more times for far less extensive work and had the same great result. They are very responsible, professional and pleasant. read more

I just moved to North East so didn't know which repair shops were good. I first made the mistake of going to Meineke, as they have 4 stars on Yelp, however to make a long story short, it was a nightmare and way overpriced. There were no other places that worked on Prius's and BMW's that had good reviews on Yelp, so I tried Morgan's, which had 0 reviews on Yelp. They ended up replacing the front brakes, rotors, and serpentine belt on my wife's Prius for half the price that Meineke was charging! I then brought in my BMW to have them fix various issues, and was expecting them to charge me maybe $300-500, however they only charged me $112! I wouldn't give any stars if I could! Can we say RIP OFF!! My son went to this place of business as it was recommended by a friend. He had them run a diagnostics on it due to the dash light remaining on. They ran their diagnostics and gave him a laundry list of what was wrong plus quoted him the price of $3100 to replace the 2 front catalytic converters. We thought that was high so we called the Nissan dealers in Newark. They quoted him $1000 LESS to replace them! Then to top it off, on the way back from the Nissan place his car over heated. He checked under the hood to find coolant all over the engine and the cap of the reservoir was off from your diagnostics, I guess that's how he lost his coolant and the engine overheated! Guys is this how you make your money????? Shady business, thinking of reporting you to the States attorney generals office!!!! My son called your place back and told them this and all he got was "oh well". REALLY!!! What kind of business rating do you all have? I will also notify the better business bureau. read more

I had a Maryland State Inspection done by Morgan's Auto Repair, and the process went very smoothly and efficiently. They offered inspections from Monday through Fridays (no Saturdays). Each inspection costs $75, which is a pretty good price compared to many of the auto places in the area. Only one other business in the area was cheaper ($65); however, that other place required dropping your car off all day for the inspection to be done. Morgan's Auto Repair was much more convenient; they had my car inspected in less than an hour, and there was a waiting area for me to do work in while I waited. This saved me the hassle of somehow dropping off my car, leaving, and then finding a ride back to pick it up. Also, I have heard of many auto places that charge customers extra if they failed inspection the first time, but wanted to bring their repaired car back for a second inspection. At Morgan's the second inspection was free, as long as it was done within 30 days and within 1,000 miles of the first inspection. Since I had failed the first time, I had to come back a second time. Booking a time slot was easy each time; I always was able to obtain my first choice time slot on both days. Overall, they were very efficient, prices were good, and customer service was excellent! read more

Needed my oil changed and headlights replaced. They got me scheduled quickly, and made the repairs pretty quickly. Their new location is also less intimidating than the old one! Paid $100 for all the repairs. I'd trust them with my car again, no doubt. Can't beat the price, either. read more

Then he came promptly when we scheduled for and was very polite, he worked quickly and carefully, did a double check then we left. I am a loyal person when it comes to car repair as there aren't many shops that I trust with my vehicle, but this place has become my go to service shop. When I needed a new exhaust and the dealership was trying to rob me, the estimates were more than fair and they took the time to explain what the issues were without speaking in code. I highly recommend this place if you live near the area. It's easy to miss off of 40, but it's definitely worth it. They also offer 24 hour towing if needed. read more

Additionally, she had cut me off before I finished my questions and when I asked about hours, she spoke as if the conversation bored her. This shop is legit. It reminds me of the old school mechanic shops that really took care of their customers. I called thinking my bearings in my 2003 pontiac vibe were going. Shop inspected them and explained bearings were fine, but I needed brakes and rotors. Did the job right away. Also looked over the car and saw I had some additional issues and gave me an estimate with no pressure. Spoke to me with respect(I'm a woman)and listened to my concerns. Good shop. read more

Broke down on I95 in MD headed from CT. Serious issue with the radiator. Too far to tow my 97 4runner. Local person at the rest area recommended Morgan's. I was very skeptical by had limited options. It turned out I was extremely fortunate to find Morgans. Its a small business run by a couple of people (Kent and Missy) that understand Customer service. They told me how long it would take (4 hours), gave me a ride to Dennys to hang out and picked me up when I called. I came back early to check on my baby and they were doing more than I expected. I checked Yelp for car repair early Tuesday morning. My car broke down on 95 as I was returning to DC. I looked on Yelp and Morgans had a positive rating. I held my breath and hoped I could get the vehicle repaired, have the work completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. Mr. Morgan presented an estimate and provided a timeline. Had our truck towed there for a new alternator, picked it up got less then a mile up the street & the check engine light came on & all the radiator fluid was pouring out, they towed us back & fixed the problem, we left again & got just a little further then the 1st time & it started shaking so bad he had to pull over, we took it back AGAIN & they tried to say it was like that when it came in. We were furious that they charged us a 2nd time for the radiator problem & tried to get more money out of us to fix the shaking that had only started after leaving their shop. We took it to another mechanic & he said things were obviously missing that was causing it to shake, things that couldn't just fall off. He also looked at the blown tube that caused the radiator fluid to leak & said it looked like it had been punctured by something. The owner could care less about the whole situation & kept trying to tell us it wasn't their fault & the mechanic was rude!! DO NOT GO THEIR!! WORST SHOP EVER! read more

I would give 10 stars if possible! We moved to area about 1 year ago and have tried a few auto repair places for service to our 10 year old vehicle (still working well). Tried Morgan's for brake job - excellent work at very reasonable price. Went back to Morgan's for them to try fixing noisy front end that I already had another repair business replace the struts and associated parts to take care of (the other un-named place did a lousy job and overcharged). Morgan's first attempt included replacing spring and adjusting the un-named business' work, which was not cheap but Morgan's assured me it would correct the problem. When it did not, Morgan's took the car back in and kept it a few days to get a better diagnosis. They then completed the additional repair at NO CHARGE (cost was upwards of $200) to me in order "to stand by their work." Problem solved! Ok, who out there has ever had this happen with regard to auto repair?? Morgan's has been in business for over 20 years doing business this way. They are competent, fair, and mostly efficient when communicating with you. I am a fan and will go back - you should give them a try! read more
