A basic hair cut costs only $10 for men. And they also do hair styles and paint or dye women's hair or whatever you call it, they also have some dome shaped machines that go on women's heads while cover in foil strip of some sort, don't really know but it's not the weirdest thing I've heard or seen women do. What upset me most was that they did not tell my husband, who was with my son during the haircut, that he had been injured. We only discovered the injury after they got home. I called the store and spoke to Tami, who cut my son's hair, to ask what happened, and instead of an apology or concern, I was told that it was because of my son's skin. She blamed my son's skin! No accountability at all. For the record, my son has not gotten any scratches from a haircut previously. I found the response dismissive and rude. She even said "What do you want me to do?". I understand that accidents can happen, but when a child is cut and bleeding, the parent should be informed immediately. I eventually spoke with the manager, who apologized and said he would add free haircuts to my husband's account as a way to make up for the situation. However, when my husband went back, the staff told him there were no free haircuts added to his account. This was extremely disappointing, especially after we had already gone through the trouble of addressing the situation with management. At this point, I do not feel comfortable bringing my son back to this location. It's not just about the scratch, it is about the lack of communication, the way my concerns were initially handled, and then being told that something would be done only to find out it was not actually added to the account. As a parent, you expect a business to take their safety seriously, communicate with parents when an injury occurs, and follow through on what management promises. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed, and we will not be returning. Read other reviews and trust your instinct.

And yet, the 2nd time I went there, no issue, she never gave me product in my hair even though the last 2 times I went there, they did, and also, $35 for a haircut? To be fair, they do give a hair wash which is nice but still, $35 for that, and they treat me kinda bad except the lady that did my hair the 2nd, she did excellent, I don't remember who like I said, so honestly, 3 times coming here, 1 out of the 3 cuts were good, I would honestly not recommend this, the only thing that was good about the 3rd visit was that she did good on the sides but thats it, no product even tho I asked for it, the interior is fine I guess, the vibe was good for wash but nothing else, I'd give this place a 3/5 stars, I may just end up going to another place, the image with the red shirt was me for the first time, the second image with the black shirt is the 2nd visit, and the one with me facing backwards was from the 3rd visit, or today. There is a clear difference between the photos.
