North Coast Refrigeration and Electric return my call within an hour, the owner Gail Clark asked me where I lived and said that he would be here to look at our situation and give us a bid, he figure out everything we needed and gave us a price before he left, I received​ an email with a contract, proposal in writing the next day. I called Gail Clark the next day told him we would like to put a deposit and have the generator installed, he then transferred​ me to his wife, "Nicci Clark" she took my credit card information and said to me, you and I will be talking often, I will contact PG&E and arrange for them to be there the day we install the generator. I had a call from Nicci as well as an email to let me know that she was having someone come over to pour a cement pad and when that person would be here. A gentleman​​ by the name of Cory was here to pour the cement, he was friendly​, professional and very efficient​. The next call I got from North Coast Refrigeration and Electric was with a date of when the generator was being installed, PG&E was here and three gentlemen​ from NCR&E to do the installation​, they all worked non-stop for about four hours, they each knew what they had to do and no one got in each other​'s way, when they completed the installation​ they went over how the system works, they explain in detail and tried out the generator as if the power had been turned off. I don't often take the time to write reviews but since I was in retail myself for over thirty years, customer service is something I notice and value, this company went above and beyond our expectations and would recommend​ them to anyone that needs a whole house propane generator or any other​ of services they provide.
