They called me 1st thing next morning and was able to come out that day!!! Service charge was $99 I think that's a very reasonable price. The owner came out to my house & it took him a couple minutes to figure out the problem . My washer was fixed! Do your self a favor and call Volt for all your appliance needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are good.

Disappointing Customer Service…read more I purchased all of my home appliances, including my washer and dryer, from Direct Appliance, so I was very disappointed with how they handled an issue with my dishwasher. The dishwasher stopped cleaning properly, particularly the top rack. A technician came out, spent only 5-10 minutes looking at it, and concluded that the dishwasher pods were creating too many suds--even though I was using the recommended pods. I called back and explained that the issue clearly wasn't resolved. I was told the lead technician would contact me, but he never did. A few weeks later, I called again because the problem persisted. They wanted to charge me another service fee to come back out. After going back and forth with the service department, I was told, "We have the right to refuse to service you," and that notes would be placed on my account. I ultimately diagnosed and fixed the problem myself. A 30-cent screw had come loose, causing a loss of water pressure to the top rack--a common issue with these dishwashers. What frustrates me most is that the problem could have been identified with a more thorough inspection. Instead, the technician settled on the first explanation and left. After spending a significant amount of money with this business on our appliances, I expected much better customer service and support. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend Direct Appliance.

I actually had to cancel an appointment I'd made with Butch to fix our 20 year old washing machine--my Mom decided to buy a new one. So I basically got a new kitchen I could afford, refrigerator with ice and water in door,side by side, range and oven, ( gas,)for less than I would have paid for just a range and oven!!
