Considering i have always been terrified of chiroprators...deathly afraid...they were the best with customer service and patience with me. They helped calming my nerves, very friendly staff with beautiful smiles, i hated having to only be there for a certain time. The facility is very clean and taken care of, the Dr is very supportive, provided answers to all my questions and even showed me proper strecthing techniques i never new. He has a great sense of humor and relieved my fears and actually cared about me and my day. The staff were very warm and friendly. I looked forward to coming in and seeing them smile as they helped the clients. They provided a positive and relaxing atmoshpere. They do also provode massages so i can see myself coming back for those (i do not like anyone touching my back...but wth its worth it). I came here for 10 weeks of Chiropractic CARE. I emphasize on the word care because that is exactly what they do here. Right from the first time I walked in there the staff is welcoming and friendly. The doctor is very professional while still be personable. So I have only been to a chiropractor once before and recently I was in a car accident and my attorney sent me here. I only had 1 chiropractor to make comparisons. I was completely surprised by how professional my Dr. And all his staff were. The first chiropractor had me do therapy sessions but I only saw the actual dr. Like 3x during the whole month I went. That's what I expected coming here but instead I was seen by the actual Dr. At least 2x a week, if not more. I had one on one treatment with the Dr. I was amazed at the progress. I went in for a first time visit and I thought it was supposed to be a full on consultation. I brought in the report of x-rays and MRI And I thought the doctor was going to sit and review that information thoroughly with me but from my experience when I went that's not what happened . I felt rushed through the appointment I don't believe we got down to very specific details on what treatment looks like and what type of treatment that. I was supposed to come back for a follow up appointment which would've cost me another $55 for the visit when in my opinion paying $100 for an initial office visit all of that information should've been able to be thoroughly discussed but instead He did a couple of adjustments that I really didn't go there for, I should've spoke up and said no not to do them but they were mild and then I was put on this table I forget the type of procedure that was but in any case I have to say from my personal experience the Moreno Valley office I didn't like the way my first visit was handled needless to say I didn't return. Just felt rushed and not heard! went to a couple of other offices and they conducted an initial consultation the way I expected. just my experience have a good day! read more

Today was my first visit and saw Dr. Lajom. I've been experiencing lower back pain after I had hip surgery, did physical therapy and nothing worked. Decided to go here and I'm so glad I did. Dr cracked my back and did cold and heat therapy and I actually walked out of there with minimal pain than when I walked in. I plan to continue going until I feel as close to 100% as possible. I have always been skeptical of Chiropractors. Then a couple months ago, I injured my back and had a bulging disk pinching my sciatic nerve. I was in constant pain for 5 weeks before I decided to try a Chiropractor on my own because my insurance was taking forever for approvals. I checked the Yelp reviews in my area and Mendyk Chiropractic came out on top. I was surprised at how affordable Mendyk Chiropractic was. After my first 4 sessions, I was still skeptical. I was in horrible pain and it seemed to be getting worse. However, after my 5th treatment, I felt good and it has been getting better in small increments since that visit. I will go back for my last 2 treatments and hopefully I will be back to some semblance of normal. The staff is very pleasant and professional. I have been fortunate to be a patient at Mendyk Chiropractic a few times. From the minute you enter the door you are greeted by a very pleasant staff who are customer forward all the way. I wish other medical offices would take a tour of this office and take a ton of notes, they would improve their own practices immensely. I was called within minutes and guided to a room to wait for the Dr, the wait time was less than 5 minutes and Derick Lajom came in and immediately you can see where the staff get their customer service skills. He asked me questions and genuinely listens to what I had to say. He then addressed my concerns while describing what and why the entire time. After the adjustments that I needed I was guided to the treatment room and the staff took great care of me. There are a lot of patients but everything is organized and comfortable. Called on Monday to give all my info so I could come in asap and they said they would call me back. Hr later I called and they said they received my info and they would call me back to schedule me. Next day I called them because they never called me and they transferred me to someone and she was a bit rude and told me she had my info like I already didn't know that and would call me back in 10 mins. Day later in still here " waiting " for them to call me back. I guess they don't want my money. I can't imagine them being that good if they can't even help me on the phone.
