I was referred to see Dr. Derek Lajom by a friend about nine years ago (2011) due to me slipping (as I crossed a wet home plate) during a softball that had drizzled. Dr. Lajom fixed me right up and I have continued to go to him for adjustments over the years. A few years ago, he wrote a letter of recommendation for an elective surgery that I needed and then attended to my injuries after a recent car accident. I even continue to see him anytime I sleep wrong and wake up with a crooked neck! He is a great chiropractor and very trustworthy. His staff is professional and friendly and the office is clean. When I first came here, after my accident, I really didn't know what to expect. Once Doctor Lajom came into the room, I was immediately at ease. He explained the process, answered all of my questions, and has amazing bed side manners. The office is very professional while managing to be personable . You almost feel like family when you walk into the office as they greet you by name . The staff takes their time knowing you and your Individual needs. They ask questions to make sure your comfortable instead of just assuming you are, at every single visit. Came to Dr. Lajom after being in a head on collision with drunk driver, was recommended by my attorney. I was suffering from severe rib pain and back/neck pain. His staff was extremely helpful and polite, as well as very accommodating in scheduling appointments around my schedule. The care was on point! I first went to Dr. Lajom when I tore my lower back ligaments and he took me in as emergency staying late. He was so caring and professional. That was in October of 2000. His office personnel is the best and they always take their time to make sure you are taken care of and better than when you walked into the office.
