I feel better that Berto and Marquise corrected the honest mistake made by another bicycle repair person there. They corrected the super-duper inner tube that was not inserted originally and paid for and gave me the inner tube that was mistakenly put in, too. They also replaced the inner lining of my back tire for free. They also fixed the chain that came off the other day. I felt that they did the right thing at least after the other person charged me $87.00 for two tires and an inner tube and also, a bell that I bought and got installed. Took my bike in to have it looked at after having taken it to another bike shop in San Diego which did not do a good job. The guys that work at this bike shop seem highly qualified, work well together, and are pleasant to speak with. They adjusted my bike and replaced the cables that had just been replaced by another bike shop in San Diego which had used the wrong kind of cable for shifting . They adjusted my bike replace the cables and the shifter on my handlebar in a pretty quick time considering they were ready to close soon and only charged me 20 dollars. Highly recommend this shop to anyone. They are professional and pleasant and very fair. read more

I found this bike shop by chance. I am a big believer in supporting local business, and this is a business that I believe in. With great customer service and an absolutely friendly atmosphere, I hope that this shop stays with Menifee for a very long time. I brought my road bike in for unpacking, service, and re-packing for a triathlon and was very satisfied with the service and attention given. I am a DC transplant and biking can be a little snobby in that area where biking is a normal way of commuting and transportation. It is good to visit a local bike shop that is just good to their customers and happy to see and work for you. The prices are absolutely reasonable, but even if I could find something cheaper, I would pay the extra to support this shop. I recommend just visiting Menifee Bicycles. Great place. Always try to plan my rides so I pass by mid ride just in case I have a mishap or think of a new gadget I need. They fixed a spoke once and tightened up some loose bolts for me. They are quick and friendly and also very knowledgeable. Will keep going their for sure. read more

I have two, cheapie, aged mountain bikes that I LOVE and USE all of the time. I take them to Menifee Bicycles for tune ups once a year. In the interim, things like the chain needs adjusting, new tires, reflectors, seats need adjusting; they're always graciously and kindly on top of things. Did I mention affordable? Kind? Quick? Craig was very helpful and knowledgeable! He fixed a ripped tube stem issue by replacing the inner Rim strip and then added a 2.40 tube. Prices are reasonable as well and I purchased a Giant steering stem for the same price as online. Bike shops these days are running on razor thin margins. Very, very good bicycle store with over 250 bikes of all kinds in stock. Craig helped me find exactly the bike I was looking for but didn't know existed, an Electra Townie with 'Flat Foot Technology'. This enables the rider to place both feet flat on the ground while still maintaining the correct distance from seat to the pedal's. The bike is great to ride, lightweight, good looking and well worth the cost! I can highly recommend this store for your new bicycle. read more

went in to buy a bike and picked a bike i liked then asked if it would suit me and my riding style they said it would be great for me but then not even a week after buying it first crash the frame bent on a small jump it should not have bent on at all i was annoyed but i wasn't worried i planned on either returning the bike and buying a higher end model that would suit me better or just them swapping out the frame because they said i had a 90 day warranty on the frame unfortunately when i got there the store owner was very standoffish and rude he said there is not much they can do and can possibly get a frame in the next few months but they cannot return the bike it took me getting angry just for him to do anything at all about the situation i felt scammed they gave me false promises and sold me a bike that they said would suit me but clearly didn't i would NOT recommend buying a bike from this place i would have left a 1 star review but all the employees are very polite and helpful and they have good parts selection i was planning on spending alot more money on a new bike and parts that day but unfortunately this is how everything went down and they ended up losing a customer read more

The same can't be said for other bike shops. Service on the bikes is always fast and efficient. Pricing in the shop is more than fair. The shop manager Tina is great.
