I feel compelled to leave this review based on the interaction I witnessed involving my sister today. Unfortunately, our experience with Chris and especially Mike was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My sister's car had been at their shop for approximately two weeks as part of an insurance claim. Initially, Chris and Mike were helpful, kind, and respectful. However, that attitude seemed to completely change once the insurance company paid them. Today, Mike spoke to and treated my sister in a way that was completely unacceptable. The vehicle was ultimately picked up with the camera still unrepaired, despite being part of the reason it was there. What bothered me even more was hearing Christianity brought into the conversation while my sister was being treated with such disrespect. Claiming Christian values means very little when your actions toward a customer demonstrate otherwise. As a business owner myself, I understand that problems and disagreements happen. What matters is how you communicate with and treat your customers when they do. I have advised my sister to file a complaint with the BBB and to contact her insurance company regarding this experience and request that they reconsider referring customers to this shop. For anyone considering bringing their vehicle here, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Our experience changed drastically from the beginning to the end, and unfortunately, the way my sister was treated today overshadowed any positive interaction we initially had. Very disappointed with workmanship and attention to detail... We have received our vehicle back after two weeks of repairs related to paint issues from the original repair. I cannot express how disappointed I am with the quality of work being done at this facility. I honestly have no words for how frustrated and upset I am with the overall repair work and the lack of attention to detail throughout this process. Unfortunately, this has not been an isolated experience. I previously had another Honda repaired at your facility and experienced similar issues that required multiple return visits, and that vehicle still needs additional warranty repairs. At this point, it is very concerning to continue having recurring problems after repairs are supposedly completed. I had a really disappointing experience with this auto body shop. I brought my car in for what should have been a very small paint repair and a headlight replacement, and my car ended up being there for 9 days. During those 9 days, I noticed through my airtag that my car was being driven late at night, multiple times, around 9-11pm. That immediately seemed strange to me, so I called the shop to ask about it. I was specifically told that they were not allowed to drive my car, which made the situation even more concerning and confusing. If they weren't allowed to drive it, why was my car repeatedly being driven late at night? When I picked up my car, we brought this up in person and asked why it had been driven multiple times. Their explanation was that they were test driving it. That directly contradicted what I had been told over the phone. We asked why a test drive would happen multiple times and so late at night, and instead of giving us a clear explanation, they seemed uncomfortable and brushed off our concerns. On top of that, when I got my car back, it had a strong horse poop like smell inside, which it absolutely did not have when I dropped it off. I have no idea what happened while they had my car, but I shouldn't have to wonder what my vehicle was used for or why it came back smelling like that. They fully unplugged my dash cam. In the back seat I have a cup holder attachment and they put it in the truck (I'm assuming there was multiple people in my car). They said they moved it because they cleaned it but it didn't look clean and why would they clean the inside if they're fixing the outside?? The biggest issue for me is the lack of transparency. If my car needed to be test driven, they should have simply communicated that clearly from the beginning. Being told one thing over the phone and then receiving a completely different explanation in person is not reassuring. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop and would not personally bring my car back here. I expected my car to be repaired and returned to me, not to have questions about why it was being driven late at night for multiple days. read more

BMW recommended this place, so figured it had to be good. Was supposed to be a bumper replacement that turned into new headlights, a new grill, and new headlights. I did go through insurance, but kept pushing back on me to fight and argue with my insurance company. Faith then came back saying they are sourcing like new parts (not new) as that's what they do to "kinda help out insurance companies " Had to argue again with body shop and insurance to get new parts-at the time car was 3 months old, so I felt it was still new. Disappointing Faith wouldn't support my argument. Anyhow after hours spent battling insurance, car was ready 38 days later. Faith stated NOT to come on a Saturday to pick up the car because they only have 1 person working and they are busy. (Have they heard of hiring more help for busy days?) Got the car and it was filthy on the inside, especially door jams. They also lost my BMW keychain. After several attempts to get them to remedy the situation, I gave up. My time wasn't worth trying to work with these people. No faith and low quality deliverable. read more

This place is fantastic! They are super quick with their service, very friendly staff and they did great on my car! I'm so happy. They fixed my baby up real nice, it looks brand new ;) shout out to Roger for calling and updating me as well! They had enterprise pick me up from their shop and took me over there for a rental. I was able to pick my car up in a little over a week and I was able to just leave the rental car at their shop for pick up. Super convenient. I will come back here for any further work if necessary. Had to paint my brand new car and I went to check on it and found it outside of the body shop sitting in a dirt lot with the rear window removed. There was dust and other debris inside the car. They did not clean it after. I had to take it back twice because the rear spoiler was scratched and damaged. Now I found fallout overspray on the side they sprayed. I have to remove or pay someone to get it professionally removed. Not impressed. read more

I never ever leave bad reviews, but I got into a Car accident two years ago and got rear ended. My insurance told me to come here so i did, the staff is very friendly. However, ever since the first time that they fixed it, my trunk has never fully worked and never fully closes and has made a weird sound whenever I open it like a rattling sound. I've come four times for them to fix it. I've called multiple times saying that it doesn't work and asking what I can do and they just tell me to come in. Every single time I come, they fix it and then after a few months it stops working again. I only keep coming here because they don't charge me and can't afford to keep paying to fix the trunk because they're the ones that messed up to begin with. This last time I went It completely stopped working. It didn't close at all so my lights are always on. I went in again told him what happened they said that the hatch was broken and they were going to order a new part. They call me a few days later saying that they couldn't get the part because this is common with mini coopers and that i would have to pay for the damages if i wanna move foward because the car accident happened two years ago and it's not their fault the hatch is broken. It was never fixed to begin with. I was honestly really frustrated but didn't want to argue, so I just went to a new guy who told me that they messed up my whole entire placement of my back part of my Car, and that it's crooked and that's why my trunk wasn't closing right So I had to pay to get it fixed because they couldn't do it right the four times that I went. I'm a broke college student. Since my only way of transportation is this car its really frustrating and I'm very disappointed. I can't help but think that me being a young girl has something to do with this. Do better. read more

Extremely disappointed with my experience. My Mercedes-Benz E53 AMG has been at Faith Quality Auto Body since June 2nd, 2025 after an accident. It's now October 13th more than four months later and I still haven't received my car back. From the beginning, I was told the repair would take about four weeks. Since then, I've been given excuse after excuse, with no solid completion date ever provided. Every time I follow up, the blame is passed around ,first to the dealership, then back to Faith Quality, and so on. I've tried to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt, but this has gone far beyond reasonable. I will provide updates to when and if I get my car back. It's incredibly frustrating to be without a car for nearly five months with so little accountability or transparency. I expected far better communication and professionalism, especially from a shop recommended through GEICO's repair network. At this point, I can't in good faith recommend this business to anyone. I strongly urge future customers to be cautious and insist on clear timelines and written updates before trusting your vehicle here. read more

I had accident and took my car to Faith Quality Auto Body. They did not share information with me at all, I tried my best and they were just trying to go around. They gave $18K estimate for repair to Tesla insurance. Tesla insurance reviewed the estimate and offered them only $14K. Faith accepted the offer. As I learned this, I asked the Faith representative that why they accepted the offer with $4K difference. The reps response was that the Tesla reduced the labor cost. I said OK. 3 days later I called Faith and asked about the progress, the rep said that the Tesla is not repairing the car and called it Total loss. I asked why, the rep said, they found more work on the car and send a new estimate and Tesla did not accept it. Not recommending this place at all. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this body shop. When I asked reasonable questions about the repairs that were billed, Chris seemed irritated instead of taking the time to explain. I specifically questioned why an alignment wasn't done after being told there was structural damage, and again he reacted with frustration instead of professionalism. There was no walk-through of my car when the repair was completed, which is standard practice at most shops. What made this experience even worse was the way I was spoken to -- very condescending, as though my concerns weren't valid. It left me feeling like I would have been treated differently if I were a man asking the same questions. For the amount of money spent, I expected better communication, respect, and accountability. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop based on how poorly I was treated. read more

My car was sent here after a major car wreck (it was totaled) and i was in the hospital for about 6 months and we went back for a minor accident and they did a great job repairing and helping us. I went to get an estimate on my model 3 Tesla for repairs , because the insurance of the car that hit me sent me there for an estimate. I agree because they are Tesla certified shop, however when they gave me my estimate it was based on used parts and non OEM parts . It felt like they were working together to low ball the estimate. After researching, Tesla certified shops are not allowed to use non EOM parts, or even used parts. I feel that this organization is not trustworthy for my business, will seek other estimate from other Tesla certified shop. I will also report them to Tesla. I just want my car fixed by a Tesla repair shop who will honor their certification. Estimate was written by Jason Gross, had bad attitude once I asked for an estimate with original parts. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! They are not in the Car insurance network and it's for a reason. They tried scamming the insurance over 3k and would not provide requested documents in order for the supplements to be approved. My vehicle has been in their shop since the beginning of March and as we speak the vehicle is still being fixed. There has been 6 supplements for a simple bumper and trunk lid replacement. The staff is very rude and argumentative. They will cut you off while you are talking and patronize you. They continually place blame as to why things weren't done properly yet they ended up refunding over 3k worth of fraudulent charges as well as take responsibility for further work due to negligence. This should have been a simple process, instead it's turned into a nightmare. Please heed my warning, save yourself the hassle and poor quality work. Pick a body shop that is in the Insurance network. read more
