Brought my car here for repairs back in June after something hit my bumper on the freeway. The outside damages were not severe, however, they ended up having to replace the entire bumper. My car had been sitting there for a week before they began any repairs. They had my car for just about three weeks. After I picked up my car I heard a horrible grinding noise when I had the air conditioner on. I took it back to them three different times. Robert was very patient and seemed like he wanted to find the problem. But the noise was never heard by him. My problem is that he didn't seem to know what he was looking for, there were no tests ran on my car to figure out the problem. He told me to take it to Honda and see if they could figure it out. $178 out of pocket for a diagnosis telling me my compressor is leaking and should be replaced. My condenser was replaced by Menifee Collision during the first repairs. If the condenser was replaced why wasn't the compressor replaced as well? This noise never happened before the accident. They need to have someone working there who knows more about how to do repairs on air conditioners rather than just the bare minimum. My car still is not fixed. It is partially my insurances fault for that, but all of this could have been avoided if they didn't miss this repair in the first place. If you have just body damage then you'll be satisfied with the repairs and customer service, but if the job is more complex just go to the dealer instead. read more

First and foremost when I called them and I asked them to bring me diesel fuel they filled my diesel engine with gasoline which completely destroyed it the first time they said they flushed everything and fixed everything and that was not true because by the time I got home my engine stopped working and my car shut down. This is made my life in some ways more complicated but I want to explain I run my business from my car right now my car is everything and they've had it for about a month now and yet they haven't fixed anything they keep giving me the runaround game so now I will be seeking legal action on their company and AAA if I were you I'll never go when and see towing or call AAA because at the end of the day I blame both of them for this problem don't ever call the Paris store and ask for Rhody or Oscar or Renee because none of them care all they're going to do is put you on hold and give you the runaround if it was their vehicle and their business was in a vehicle I'm sure they feel the same way but they can care less to help someone who's struggling not only do they put gasoline in my diesel engine but then they had the audacity to have me start siphoning it myself with a hose that's completely unprofessional first they ruined my car then they want to kill me what kind of s*** is that read more

I experienced a minor accident with my 2017 Tesla S. Since Tesla does not do their own bodywork, this had created a problem finding a credible body repair shop. We searched the web and found Menifee Collision center and gave them a call. The best call I ever made since I had driven to several shops and they stated Tesla doesn't ship parts and it would take several weeks for the repair. I then spoke to Robert, manager and one of the owners who said to come on in. Upon arriving Robert began his search for the part and volunteered to drive all the way to San Diego, CA 60 miles one way, to pick up the part personally. Wow! He also guarantees the repair in 3 days. After 2 days he called me to pick up the Tesla. The work was done not only early, but but an excellent job was performed. He stated any problems, just bring back. Htis company truly deserves all the positive reviews including mine. The service was outstanding only surpassed by the quality workmanship. Silly me! I scraped the bumper and the driver's side of my car while backing out of a parking garage!! I needed to get my car fixed A.S.A P. so I could sell it before the next car and insurance payment came due. I was hoping to find a local repair shop close to my home, so I literally googled the words "Menifee and Collision" and Menifee Collision Center popped up! Since they had a 5 star rating, I didn't waste time looking around. I spoke to Robert and explained my dilemma. I needed to get my car fixed A.S.A.P, but I wasn't sure if I should go through my insurance company ($500 deductible). Robert suggested that I pay for the repair to avoid filing an insurance claim, which would negatively impact my insurance rates and driving record. Got into an accident, and I searched in the area for body shops in menifee, body shops in murrieta. I found this gem! This is the only place with an almost 100% 5 star rating on all platforms, and now I know why! I talked to Robert, who happens to be the owner, and he is super sweet and accommodating! I was recently in a car accident with NO Insurance! :( The damage was to my front Passenger side. I didn't know where to start to get my car running again! I called Menifee Collision Center and they instantly starting working with me, I had explained to them I was on a tight budget since I had no insurance. They prioritized the work for me and didn't push to have everything done at once which allowed me to order some parts myself, Most places won't work with you on that. Once my car was drivable they also had great suggestions on where to take my car in for an alignment and tires! Since my headlight was damaged, and because they knew I could get a ticket without it, they worked around the damage to place a new headlight! They know what they are doing and soon I will have my fender and bumper replaced, then a paint job! Honestly if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have my car running and I probably would be at the mercy of some other place taking advantage of the fact I know nothing about cars! I was so lucky to have found Menifee Collision. I was hit by a driver that took off. I have a 500 dollar deductible. I was already getting estimates for sun spots on my roof and trunk lid. I was quoted for (2 panels) 1200.00 to 875.00. So, when you add an additional 2 panels, I was sure I would not be able to get the sun spots and the new damage done. Julio was a breath of fresh air. He told me not worry, he thought he could take care of all of the work At a reasonable price. I had no idea they would go above and beyond. Much more than what I expected. My insurance company did their "estimate" and cut me a check. When I took it to this shop, they said they would work with the estimate my ins company gave. They were exceedingly patient when I had issues trying to drop it off 2 days in a row. By the 3rd day, I was able to finally drop it off. If there were more stars to give! I found Menifee Collision Center after an accident 80 miles from home waiting an hour for a tow truck ( way expensive) to tow me home. While waiting I searched yelp for body shops/collision repair for a place near home that could tow me for free to their shop... Menifee Collision Center had such great reviews that overcame any nervousness of trying an independent, non-brand-name repair shop. They towed me to their place and frankly that's the last thing I had to do, they took care of everything. When I saw the completed repairs on the car I was astounded by how brand-new it looked, all shiny! I honestly do not know where to start. These guys are fast, honest and will not let you down. I have taken 2 vehicles here, one for pretty extensive damage to the front and another for slight cosmetics, both cars looked like they were fresh out of the dealership. I shopped around for a while before taking my first vehicle, and after it came out at a way more reasonable out the door price than any other place, I decided to call this repair facility my place of choice. I have had my car worked on at Julio's after 2 separate accidents and both times they were awesome! The final price ended up being less than the original estimate each time due to their ability to find parts at lower prices or discovering that some parts could be reused from before the wreck. They also had my car back to me earlier than I anticipated (a week or less both times)!! They take the time to talk to you and really explain what is going on without talking down to you, which as is somewhat uncommon. This was especially important on my second visit where I was paying out of pocket and trying to decide what was absolutely necessary to replace. I took our car to Menifee Collision Center to get a repair from us being rear ended. It was very complicated due to two other drivers with two different insurances being responsible. They were very patient during the entire process and took care of everything with the insurance company's for me. It was a very stressful time for me and they took care of everything. Absolutely great service! The Menifee Collision Center (MCC) is awesome! We ran over a tire and some tumbleweed on a highway which caused significant damages to our minivan. Robert took the time to show us the damage and even put our van on a lift to show the undercarriage damage. The repair work looks extremely professional. After my son got into a parking lot accident, we went to Menifee Collision Center for a quote to give to the insurance company. Julio was very professional and gave us a very reasonable quote. They fixed his car and did a fantastic job! Because we were so happy with the service, I in turn took my car there as I had previously taken it to the dealer who misdiagnosed it. They replaced my axle at a very reasonable price and they did it so quick! They also replaced and painted a mirror cover that fell off my car. I had my F-15o painted from black to gray about three years ago at Menifee Collision Center and to this day the paint looks great. I recently was in a car accident where I was rear ended and I ended up hitting the vehicle in front of me because of how hard I was hit. My car had bumper and front end damage. I brought my car in and they took care of it within a week. The car looked great. These guys are extremely professional and honest in what they can accomplish. I Highly recommend. My vehicle was only 4 mo.old when side was scrapped by someone exiting an adjacent parking space. My red Chrysler Pacifica had white paint on a 2x4 ft area. Robert, the owner, and his building made a clean, neat appearance. He was friendly and professional and explained my options well. Amazing business. I was involved in a head on collision on my black Tahoe LTZ and these guys did an amazing job making it look brand new again. The insurance estimator had only found a small portion of the actual damage that was done and David let me know the true extent of damage and got all the paper work filed as quickly as possible to get me back in my vehicle.
