Unfortunately, our experience with Chris and especially Mike was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My sister's car had been at their shop for approximately two weeks as part of an insurance claim. Initially, Chris and Mike were helpful, kind, and respectful. However, that attitude seemed to completely change once the insurance company paid them. Today, Mike spoke to and treated my sister in a way that was completely unacceptable. The vehicle was ultimately picked up with the camera still unrepaired, despite being part of the reason it was there. What bothered me even more was hearing Christianity brought into the conversation while my sister was being treated with such disrespect. Claiming Christian values means very little when your actions toward a customer demonstrate otherwise. As a business owner myself, I understand that problems and disagreements happen. What matters is how you communicate with and treat your customers when they do. I have advised my sister to file a complaint with the BBB and to contact her insurance company regarding this experience and request that they reconsider referring customers to this shop. For anyone considering bringing their vehicle here, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
