She helped me select a suit coat that was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I purchased 3 great shirts, 3 ties and a belt to go with the suit coat. Jackie was patient and helped me coordinate the ties with the shirts. The prices at Men's District are fair for the quality of clothing and service they sell. Josh helped me and in under 30 minutes he customized 2 full suits for my when I was in need to go to my cousins funeral and I am forever thankful he took a few measurements and even hemmed the pants and everything fit perfect and my entire family complimented me on the look. i didn't want to wear my dress military uniform because i retired in 2016 and i doubt it would fit but no need because Josh was very knowledgeable and kind. thank you for being there in my time of need. As a single mom of 2 weed-like growing teens, this is where I bring my boys shopping for their suit needs. I was on the verge of a mental breakdown the first time shopping for a suit, I had no idea what to buy, how to properly size, anxiety was through the roof because procrastinator me waited too long for a task that seemed simple but it wasn't. This is where this store came as a life saver! The guys that work here KNOW what they're doing!!!! And I suck for not getting the guys names but both have just looked at my son's and BAM! They were able to pick out their right size and the suits fit like a glove!!! These guys are amazing! They have deals for a suit, shirt, tie and hankie and dress socks for an amazing price that beats any other place we shopped at. They have very well priced shoes and belts in many different styles, it's a one stop shop and if you're like me, the employees here make it so easy for you! Avoid at All Costs - Dishonest and Unprofessional Service!! Absolutely terrible experience at District Men's Suit, especially with an employee named Johnny. He blatantly lied to us about the pricing. We were told tailoring was included, only to be hit with a hidden fee after we had already committed. Johnny gave us two completely different totals and kept going back and forth when we asked for clarification. It felt like he was just making numbers up on the spot. The worst part? When we returned to sort it out, the owner and district manager were just as shady. Every person we spoke to gave us a different price for the same service - nothing is consistent, and it's clear they're just trying to squeeze extra money from customers. Johnny is the worst kind of sales rep - pushy, dishonest, and not even remotely helpful once they have your money. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere that respects its customers and stands by its word. Never going back here again. The suit is cheaply made you're better off shopping elsewhere, or if you choose to make a purchase through them, make sure you ask prices and check receipt receipts. read more

I originally came in to get one suit and I was talking to Jackie who help me and I told her my budget was around 200 and she agreed to get me the suit pants shirt and socks for 200 but when came to check out the total ended up being $380 and I was looking over my receipt and she charged me $150 and just tailoring and keep in mind that not once does she mention tailoring was an extra fee so I ended up doing is going back and exchanging the tailoring for an additional suit please do not tailor your suit here at all. They will overcharge you and add it into the suit that you are buying. They seem super shady about it. read more

I needed a suit. Found this place at the mall while shopping with my GF. Found a suit I liked and the service was great until I told them I wanted to shop around a little bit longer before I decided. Then the vibe changed. They seem annoyed and became a bit rude. After I checked out a few other stores at the mall, I decided to go back because they had the best deal. They had quoted me "$300 for everything" after taking my measurements and making sure the suit fit properly. Once it came time to pay they added about $150 dollars for tailoring. Honestly, I get it but I feel they should have been upfront about the added costs before going through the whole process. I still got the suit and it turned out nicely and it was ready on time. Beware of the bait and switch. When you walk into the store they have a sign for a complete suit for $149.99. We needed the suit for a funeral so, $149.99 is a great price for something that's for something unexpected and will be worn once. We were met by Jackie and I advised her that we wanted the $149.99 suit for a funeral. She said that price was for just a plain black suit with suit tie, socks and shirt. I advised her that was perfectly fine. She pulled out a black suit and shirt. She had my son try it on and when it came time to purchase it she said ***wait for it*** the whole outfit would be $280!!!!! Ummm no ma'am you said it was $149.99. I clearly told you I wanted the $149.99 pricing! She says oh I gave you a better suit and they're 2 different brands! WTF!!!!! She says we'll that's the price and it is what it is! So I'm highly upset and start talking about bait and switch!!! She then goes i'll just give you the jacket and pants for $149.99! That's not what the sign says!! Her a bait and switch is real!!!! Came here with my bro cause we were looking for some suits. They had a good deal where you pick a suit you get the coat and pants and they give you a free shirt, socks and a bow tie/neck tie I think it was a pretty sweet deal and also if you wanted dress shoes they would add it for $99 plus a belt and I think it was a good price. Jeremy was such a W man with helping us get our suits, he helped us pick our sizes and gave us recommendations what he thought looked clean. He even told us that to have it tailored it'll take a day or two, but he hooked us up real good that he had it done on the spot. Suits have no price tags. They charge variable prices. They did not have my suit size in store, so they ordered it. It came in and was wrinkled. Mind you I paid over $400 for this suit. First time I ever brought a suit and had to take to cleaners before even wearing it. Worker stated that there was nothing they could do except hang it up to let wrinkles fall out. (Note: once bought, you cannot return) When I tried on the coat there was a tag on the sleeve that read 44S, but tag on inner pocket read 34S. Couldn't even get arm half way through sleeve. They requested another coat, it was my size. Little did I know the new coat did not match the shade of the pants. Beware! I will not go back. Suits are nice but the service is shady. The Tailoring is horrible and when I pointed it out they offered no solution. Save your money and go to a real Tailor. They say they send out the work but it's a lie. They told my friend they were guna send it out and then I walked in 10 min later to find the girl doing it on the front counter. No need to lie just say you do it in house. Horrible work though. They also traded out my suit size when I cane back to pick it up. Shady place be carful. The worst is we bought 5 suits. This is the 2nd time I go to Men's District. The First time I went to the store in Parkway Plaza with Michael I had the best customer service experience and he did what he promised. I thought I would have the same experience in Plaza Bonita. I was looking to get 4 suits for the boys in my daughters Quinceañera. I went in Yesterday (Sunday) morning to get pricing. The rep I spoke too gave me a "Verbal" quote which was not what i was looking for but reasonable. I told him I would come in later in the day with the boys to get fitted. Later that day I go in and to my surprised he changed the price/terms her previously gave me earlier that morning! I looked at him and told him he promised something different that morning. He just looked at me and said, "No I didnt" I just walked out with total disgust. I am old fashion and your word means everything. I went next door to "MISTERO- Men's Fashion Botique" and got the exact same deal but for a way better price. Please be careful and get things in writing when and if you come here. Sometimes sales reps will tell you what you want to hear, and then don't give you what was promised! Unfortunately they lost me as a customer. First time I ever went there and I liked the suits. However, they did not have my size so they got my measurements and told me they would order it for me. So I paid and got a ticket to pick it up. I could not go for the suit, so somebody went for my suit and brought it to me home. It did not fit, and supposedly that was my size. Anything bigger would've been to big and anything smaller would've been to small. The guys there said that they would fix the suit for me but it was the same size suit I tried on that did not fit just a different color. In the end, I went to get a refund and they told me that theres a policy for no refunds! (It woulve been so nice to know, again first time ever I had shopped there) So, I ended up paying over 200 dollars for a suit that doesn't fit me. Yea, never going back there again nor will recommend it for anybody. read more
